They did it all perfectly, and always with professionalism and courtesy. Frank, the business owner, was communicative and made it clear that our painting looking excellent was of great importance to him. All of the crew we interacted with were friendly, thoughtful, and courteous. After having them around for a week, we miss them now that they're gone. I messaged the business owner and he said yes he still planned to come and finish the touch up but had a rough month getting sick and with the bad weather. Stuff happens so I said ok no worries as long as he doesn't forget about me. The next month I came back again and no change. This month I finished it myself with my mom's help. I never leave bad reviews but I was disappointed because I paid before completion trusting that they would do the right thing. I know it sucks to be a tradesman and having to fight people once the work is done as my entire family are tradesmen. My father would never had done something like this. I reminded the guy a couple of times without harassing or being a jerk but sadly good behavior and trust got me a mostly painted house.

He came to our…read morenewly-purchased house once and, after initially thinking that he was too "high end" for what we needed done, I felt I wanted to give him a chance and decided that I wanted my spouse to hear what he had to say. So, he said he'd return and on my spouse's one day off that week, we drove an hour and a half to our new house to meet him, as well as two other contractors. Well, turns out another contractor was still in our driveway when Mr. Hite arrived so he kept on driving. I texted him about 45 minutes after our appointed time and he told me as much. I texted back saying that, if he was still in the area, we'd love to talk to him. Never heard another word from him. Was it a faux pas to have a potential competitor in the driveway? I don't know. Maybe. But, I wouldn't have thought so. So, c'mon, be professional enough to reply.

Instead of just painting over some soggy wood on the trim of my house, he pointed out an underlying issue that would have only gotten much worse with time. Not only did he thoroughly fix that problem, he was able to take on an unexpected additional repair in my house that no one else would agree to do, and did an absolutely fantastic job.
