Despite all that, they not only stuck to their reasonable initial estimate, they even stuck around after I paid them, in the deepening twilight, to rake and sweep and leafblower and generally clean up, managing to cart away a good few extra barrow loads of bark and twigs and stuff. Service was scheduled for the next day in the evening hours. They sent me their eta about an hour prior to arriving. They ended up needing to come back the day after the next during the weekend to finish up since the dirt was getting too heavy for their trailer, so it ended up being a 2-trip job.
