Three days later with the dust settled, Chris (and Shawn) picked up again with me, stayed in contact, arrived right on time-- and showed me that first call was just him being cheery and efficient and great to work with, even as I forgot a couple items. I just cleared paths and got out of the way. Their care to avoid wall dings and such was appreciated, too! Compared to the headache of making my own piece-meal runs for a day or two on a deadline, it was a real value. When we went "long" into a second load, Chris was uber-fast with a very fair adjustment on the spot.
