Smash burgers in Weston! I LOVE a good smashburger and Hausmash truly delivers on serving up the classic smash and more. I was cravings something sweet and my partner saw that this place had shakes and more. We both love smashburgers and couldn't say no when we saw a photo of what they were serving. This spot is not too far from where I live and is in a super convenient location in Weston, in the same plaza as Little Hen. When we arrived on a Sunday evening, it had a steady flow of customers. The inside gives diner vibes but in a fast causal sort of way. They had a pinball machine that was in constant use by all their customers, some vinyls, and music BUMPIN. The staff was super friendly and our orders were ready in no time. We ordered at the counter and got two of the soulful truffle burgers, with a single patty. We also got the nutella milkshake and a the cheddar and bacon fries. Everything was fresh and delicious! The truffle burger had everything I loved and the flavor was just the right amount of truffle. The bun was buttery and delicious and it looked as good as it tasted. I love a cheddar and bacon fries and theirs was so good, maybe even the best I've had in recent times. Their nutella milkshake did not disappoint-- wasn't too sweet and had a good amount of that nutella flavor. We were able to dine in and the space was clean and had fun decor. They had a cute "gossip wall" on the way to the bathroom down the hall and I thought that was a cute addition. Overall, such a great smashburger spot and so happy to have it in Weston! read more

Ambience is fine, a little strange. I couldn't really tell which era they were going for, some details looked like 50s, others 60s-70s? The tables are so close together that I had the pleasure of another patrons butt in my face a few different times; not sure why he wouldn't just sit down, you don't have to stand between the tables to talk. Not necessarily on the restaurant, I understand they want to put in as much possible seating with limited space, they don't account for... whatever that guy was thinking when he kept standing there. But it seems like an easy fix- reorganize the placement of records, pinball, tables. Maybe make the tables high tops so my face isn't at butt level. I always think it's annoying when prices aren't listed for online menus, but this place doesn't have them listed on the printout menu either! Once we sat down (so you can't see it from the front/where you order) you could see most of the prices listed on the side. The burger itself didn't appeal to his taste buds, but might be perfect for yours. It was the bacon burger, and the complaint was that the sauce was sort of sweet and overpowering. But, no issues with the cook of the burger or anything, so if you lean towards sweet, you may have a new favorite! The fries were good, there were a lot of them in a single order; can easily share between 2-3 people. The only ketchup available is the little fast food packets, kind of annoying but they're openly available; you don't have to keep going up to the counter to request 3 at a time or anything. Last night my bf and I decided to finally try this place out. We ordered the Rockin' bacon & Groovy double with two sodas and classic fries. The burgers were great and having one burger was enough especially ordering with a double patty. I wish the fries were a bit crispier but they were still alright. From the girl at the register to the gentleman who handed my bf our food, the service was great. We enjoyed eating here. They have a pinball machine that we saw kids playing with which is different from other burger joints we've been to. They also have this wall where people get to write on; however, they didn't have any markers or else I would have loved to write something. Overall, we had a great night and the burgers were delicious. I would also recommend coming here with an empty stomach because those burgers were filling. One was enough for me. With everything going on with lettuce, we told them no lettuce and it was added to all of our take out burgers. The lettuce left our burgers soggy by the time we got home. Came here on a whim with the hubby because he was craving smash burgers and I must admit, I like this spot way better than the viral and trendy Skinny Louie (I low-key want to keep this place because I don't want it to go too viral and risk the quality going down). We didn't wait too long for our meals and when it was ready, it was very fresh. Hubby had the chorizo smash, and I had the truffle smash. Both were amazingly delicious! We had the truffle fries with pecorino and it was also very yummy (just wish we had a fork because it is very saucy). They have a water dispenser in the back in case you didn't order a drink, but we opted to share one of their house IPAs (they make their beers with Prison Pals Brewing so it was reliably good). Next time we visit, I wanna try their cookies because those look good too. They weren't on the menu (but displayed in a small glass case in the corner) so I wonder if they were just trying them out. I also want to try their shakes because it looked good (we opted out of getting a shake because we had plans to get dessert elsewhere). Although it was a busy place, turnover was quick and many people were grabbing their burgers to go (we came on a weekday during work hours so I assume these are people grabbing food on their lunch breaks). For a quaint place, there was ample seating inside and outside. We got to check out the vinyl records they were selling and play pinball before heading out. The burger was seriously impressive, easily one of the best smash burgers I've had in a long time. The fries were crispy and flavorful, just how I like them. I stopped by Hausmash to place a to-go order and the experience was quick and efficient from the start. The staff member who took my order was very sweet and welcoming. The location itself is very clean and has a decent amount of seating, though keep in mind it only fits around 30-something people, so it can probably fill up quickly during busy hours. Now for the star of the show; the burgers. I can confidently say I loved mine. It was seasoned perfectly, the sauce was great, and the fries were honestly better than most places. The vanilla shake though... amazing. It was so good it made me want to go back for a second one.The prices are also pretty reasonable. I've been to other smash burger spots where I've easily spent a lot more for the same type of meal. My friend and I ordered while at work one day via DoorDash and the order arrived very quickly. All items were well packed, and still very hot. There was a lunch special offered in the door dash app, which was buy one burger get one free, along with an order of truffle fries. I must say, the burger was delicious, and packed flavor and super juicy! Exactly how I'd want a burger to be. However, to truffle fries were a fail! For us personally. It was extremely overwhelming, the grease, the smell, the appearance. Immediately when we opened the container I knew it was a no for me. Greatly satisfying smash burger experience! So happy to have such a yummy smash burger in my local area (rather than having to drive all the way to Miami). Restaurant was clean and inviting. Appreciated the staff bringing the food to our table and coming by to check on us afterwards. Truffle fries were a real showstopper! Honestly wanted a second order of them. It took more of an effort to chew the fries than the burger Meat itself. There was a great proportion of patty and toppings and sauce. Every one of my family members enjoyed their meals. You can tell everything was made fresh. For two burgers, fries, one milkshake, and a drink, the total came out to about $40, which felt fair for the quality and amount of food we got.
