Heard rumors that Shake Shack released a Dubai Chocolate Pistachio shake for a limited time.. you know I ran to try this shake. And I'm happy to report that it did not disappoint. The Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake stars pistachio frozen custard, blended with toasted kataifi (aka shredded phyllo dough) in a crackable dark chocolate shell. It's finished with more chopped pistachios and crunchy kataifi for good measure. It was heaven from the first sip. There are so many delicious textures to this shake. I ordered another one for my hubby to try at home and he devoured it in less than 5 minutes. I think I found his new favorite dessert. I hope this stays on the menu for some time.. Great spot! The place was busy, which is always a good sign. The self-ordering kiosks work really well and are super fast, making the whole process smooth and easy. I ordered a simple burger with onion rings and a beer, and I also added barbecue sauce. This Shake Shack is positioned directly across from the Sawgrass Movie Theatre in the Oasis. I walked in with my wife for the first time and am immediately greeted by the manager, Chris. We noticed an employee replacing the flavored lemonade dispensers. Chris explained the menu and privided us one sample of each flavor to try. Strawberry Peach, Pink Lemonade and Mango. The Strawberry Peach had a perfect blend of both flavors and the other two were too sweet. We decided to purchase a cup of the cold Strawberry Peach for $4.40 which was perfect on this humid day. I love shake shack! The burgers are yummy because the combination of toppings pairs so well together. The Pattie's are always cooked well and I love the softness of the buns. Had a great experience at Shake Shack thanks to Josh at the register. He was amazing, super polite, welcoming, and really patient even though we had big orders with a bunch of substitutions. He didn't make us feel like a bother at all, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere overall was great, very clean with good vibes and awesome music. The service was also super efficient with multiple people bringing out food, and ours came out fast. The only downside was the food. Flavor-wise, it was really good and almost perfect, but it was so greasy. I think the fried onions didn't get drained properly because the bottom of my burger was just swimming in oil by the end, and I couldn't finish it. That's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Still, overall a good experience and I'd definitely go back. read more

It was good but the chocolate lined cup was difficult to enjoy through a straw. And it was definitely missing the kunafa crunch/texture. Sawgrass parking can often be difficult but it's easy to get to the Shake Shack as it's located in the Oasis. The staff is usually grumpy and unhelpful but don't let that stop you from getting that Shake! read more

The spicy fries felt like someone dumped half the shaker of spice on them in one spot, they were so bad tears were coming down from the first bite. Located at the Sawgrass Mills, Shake Shack is a decent location, but it isn't laid out well and doesn't feel much different from just eating in a food court with a bunch of loud patrons and their kids running amok. To be clear, the service was fine and the food came out great like it has at other Shake Shack locations I have frequented. The bacon cheeseburger double with avocado on gluten-free bread, as were the bacon cheese fries, was great. The iced tea was great and tasty. The condiment station was one of the only parts of the dining area accessible from the booth where we sat. The restaurant is not well located from the parking lots unless you are walking from the movie theater, so you need to know where you are going when you arrive in Sawgrass Mills to not walk more than you have to walk. Additionally, the self-ordering tablet queue was not well set apart from the person-run ordering line. A bunch of people were sitting in line for what looked like the employee behind the cash register, while at least one tablet was open for an order that no one was taking. When we went to take it, some butt-hurt bro came up to say he was in line waiting while he had been staring down at his phone like he had already ordered and was waiting. I have been to other Shake Shacks where they have at least retractable ropes that separate the man-made line from the self-ordering tablet lines, and the options are clear. At this one, it's all mixed together, which I'm sure has led to more than one argument or fight in the past. If you are in the area and have an urge for Shake Shack, it will satisfy you. But just be aware, if there is a line, you may get into it with someone who is not paying attention or realizing they could have gone to one of the self-ordering tablet spots. read more

This was my first experience with Shake Shack but it won't be my last! We got here pretty early around noon, only like 4 other tables were occupied. Ordering was quick and easy since we used one of the tablets to the left to place our order. The food came out quickly in under 10 minutes. I got the chicken sandwich with fries and my husband got the double shack burger with fries. My sandwich was so fresh and tasty! The herb mayo sauce was absolutely delicious, as were the pickles. My husband loved his burger too. I'm not usually a fan of crinkle fries but these were fantastic. They were crispy on the outside but still soft on the inside, just how it like it. The place was super clean with lots of seating both inside and out. I used the restroom while I was there and it was spotless as well. The herbed mayo and pickles add so much flavor. Crinkle fries are one of the best kind of fry, and theirs are always perfectly crispy and golden. I came in specifically to try the new truffle fries because truffle is my weakness. They were good, but I think Shake Shack does the classic cheese fries better. So let me start by saying i don't know what they are doing in this location... it's pretty big inside with lots of seating. They have the line for you to place a order, with the rope cutting off one of the double doors. That made it pretty confusing for some people on where to get in line and hard to social distance In the line. Literally 4 people could fit in that space and that's with no gaps. When we finally make it to the front (1 register open on a Saturday around 4:30 pm) some woman was called over I'm guessing to get a refund. On the one register that was open. NO one said nothing to me, not a "we'll be right with you" nothing... The cashier starts to take my order and Mid order another worker walks over to the 1 cashier and proceeded to have a chat, he ends up leaving and she took over for him. Cool no problem we finish up and I go stand and wait. I ordered the black truffle burger and cheese fries to go. When I was called for my food, I ask the guy for some ketchup packets I clearly seen behind him. My mom had some in her bag but, he told me the ketchup was off to the side. I walked over there and guess what? Ketchup was indeed over there, but it needed to be put in something and there was nothing to put the ketchup in. Me not wanting to go back over there and have to ask for ketchup AGAIN... My mom decided to asked for me and I swear this guy took a deep breath like we were pestering him. Im not sure why they have ketchup packets if no one can have any. If anyone should get some it definitely should be Togo orders... Moving On to my food, now I have no idea why I have to ask for cheese on the side of a to go order but I definitely forgot this time to mention it. Some locations automatically do it some don't. I find Shake Shack to be like In and Out Burger in LA. The meat is fresh and never frozen, so the burgers taste delicious. The burgers are not overly large- at least the Shack Burger isn't but it is the right amount for me. I always order the fries and a shake, so I am quite full when I am done. The shakes are also similar to In and Out Burger, as they are made from real milk and ice cream. Honestly, they are the reason I come. I had the special Strawberry Frosted Donut shake with whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles. It was rich and creamy and so beyond delicious.
