The problem was they clearly didn't know how to do chrome nails, and I actually had to explain the process to them myself. By the end, my nails looked like my son did them. I was so disappointed and just wanted to leave, so I said "it's fine" instead of arguing or asking for a discount. Then when I went to pay, they tried to overcharge me by $40. I asked for a breakdown of the charges, and sure enough, I was being charged incorrectly. That was the final straw. On top of that, the salon felt dirty and communication was extremely difficult the entire time. Overall, a very frustrating experience and definitely not worth the money or time.

It's gorgeous inside with an all new vibe- new decor, new massage chairs, new mani stations. Their menu has also been updated to offer some new services including new pedicure options. I went with the "7. Herbal Foot Detox + Hot Stone + Candle Massage" because it's my birthday week and I'm treating myself. It really was lovely. The heated neck wrap was an amazing touch. I have never had a candle wax or stone massage before and that was quite a treat. If you are a sensory sensitive baddie- maybe skip that part (there are other pedi services that don't include that.) Just to fully paint the picture there was gentle piano music playing and the most visible TV had some beautiful beach imagery. It was definitely the peaceful hour I needed to relax and recharge.
