I used to get my boys groomed at petsmart back at home so I was worried on the day of when I hadn't heard anything about an appointment confirmation, but I texted and we were still good to go. When I arrived, she was still working with a few other clients so we waited for a bit but it was no problem. She was pretty quiet when I dropped them off but when I picked them up she opened up a bit and talked to me about my boys and other clients she has. I read great reviews about how she treats her pups and I saw that when I picked mine back up. They looked great, might I add!! I'm glad I found a place that grooms well AND cares about their clients. It's hard to find that sometimes and you don't want to be dropping your pups off just anywhere. She's got lots of award ribbons hung up that just proves she does a great job.

IF it's rescheduled they pick a random day and time without any regards for your time/schedule. Also, quite frequently, they will text you the day of your appointment and state they're coming earlier or later - and then occasionally don't show up at what time they then switched it to. The owner repeatedly says "your area is hard to route" when I have emailed or text to follow up, but it CLEARLY states on their website they service my area. AND we have booked services multiple months in advance to make sure they have time to organize the route.

Brought my boy in to a groomer for the second time in his life. I was nervous as the previous…read moregroomer (different business) had said he didn't handle much of any of the grooming well (pulling away, anxious, etc). But the ladies did so well in talking to me and making me comfortable leaving my boy in their care. From the details they provided post-groom, he initially exhibited the same stress and anxiety signs as previously but they took the time to work with him to make it as pleasant as possible. This time when I picked him up, he was freshly bathed, nails trimmed and he didn't seem stressed out. The biggest thing was his eyes were happy, clear, and not bloodshot unlike the last groomer. She made sure to maintain her collie coat without damaging it. My dog was so enamered with Nanci, she followed her back to her van and wanted to get back inside.
