Dani and her team did the most amazing job designing, planning, and executing our wedding in October 2018. It is difficult to put pen to paper to effectively explain how incredible Dani and the entire team at HauteFetes is. HauteFetes was the first vendor we hired for our wedding and by the end was absolutely the most important one. Not only for her unparalleled planning and design skills (some highlights noted below), but also for her calm and confident presence throughout the entire process and our wedding weekend. Being new to San Diego, we purposely chose a planner familiar with the area and able to help us locate the perfect venue to achieve the wedding of our dreams. Dani and the HauteFetes crew planned our October 27th. wedding at Rancho Valencia. She has an amazing eye for detail and a great vision. My side of the family was in charge of the rehearsal dinner at the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, and I gave her a pretty tight budget for that location. I was truly blown away with what Dani pulled off, that I basically cried when I came to the event. Everything she put together was beautiful. Our words here will inevitably fail to express our gratitude for Dani and the amazing work she, and her team and vendors, did for us and our wedding. Critically, it was not just the wedding day which was amazing. I did not really know what was in store for us as we went through the various planning stages of our wedding. I began the process a bit naive. Then went through the stress phase once I realized the magnitude of the task before us. When we met with Dani for a preview of design themes we had discussed, all my stress vanished. Dani presented us with a book she made just for the occasion with imagery and various design options. This was the first time I truly understood the degree of her commitment to our vision. The day also included mock table make ups with our flower vendor. It was breathtaking and the wedding took on a new reality for me. I was very excited. The thing about Dani is her commitment to excellence is obvious. She will advocate rigorously on your behalf with vendors and venues. She will not burden you with issues or decisions until she has narrowed them down as much as possible (I cannot stress how much you will appreciate this over the course of planning and living your wedding).
