Had ask for mustard and pickles on my cuban sandwich. Gross stop half way
    Song H.

Came on Friday lunch with my sister, wasnt busy, only one other customer during lunch time, not a good sign. I ordered cuban sandwich, Croquettes ,empanda and she order some flank steak with rice and beans. My cuban sandwich was missing pickles and mustard, I ask if sandwich was suppose to come with (it's staple to this dish) lady employee looked at me like I was crazy then went back to the cook started complaining loudly about this, came back with small plate with sliced circluar pickles (not long deli slices used when making sandwich and old mustard Packard (yeah ones you get free at gas station and they were expired too) sandwich tasted awful, skimpy on ham and cheese was super thin, all I could taste is pork, which had no cuban seasoning flavor, like regular pulled pork sandwich, only thing tasted good was cuban bread. Croquettes was mushy and salty, barely notice any ham inside. Empanadas chicken was actually good. Sister hated her dish, said steak was tough like tires and salty too. Honestly can't recommend this place ,i ate her like 6 years ago but they've changed since , i was super embarrassed i took my sister here. Now im black listed from her never choosing where to go to eat lol.

It's a great rest stop for caffeine and a snack off 85 in Kannapolis. It is located in a suspect looking shopping area, but it's at the end so it's easy accessible. We stopped in for Cuban coffee for a road trip, and we were not disappointed. The worker was so kind and ensured we were on the same page with the coffees (there was a small language barrier) but my hubby got the cortada and I ordered mine with steamed milk. Also decided we needed a snack-and the chicken empanadas we're the perfect mix of crispy and flaky pastry. We must return to try the Cuban!

I stopped in on my way home for a sweet treat. They had a variety of desserts but I went with the tres leches because rarely does that disappoint. Normally I'm a chocolate fan but the vanilla was perfection. 10/10 I'll be stopping here again

Delicious authentic cuban food. The cuban special sandwich is fantastic with roast pork. Coffee is great too.

I haven't been here since last year. Today is 6.11.20 Their Cuban coffee is still fantastic. Nice & strong. Not bitter at all. You know what's coming next. Unfortunately there is a However, The pastries have gotten a little less than what they were. Let's say it that way. They definitely aren't bad now. Just meh. Just like any Cuban place you have been to. They're mostly all similar. Not the same but similar to what you find at any ornery place. All you have to do is to look at my previous pics from last year when I was raving about how great they were. They don't even make the guava and cheese pastries anymore. They told me now only guava or only cheese. Again, unfortunately now they're like you get anywhere. Still fresh though. Still tasty. But just ok. I'll check em out for some additional food soon and I'll go from there. Very clean restaurant. Very friendly staff. Slight language barrier but it's never an issue for me. It never bothers me. I just had to dig a little deeper into my memory bank for some use of my Spanish. Prices are good though. They've maintained good prices. Good value for the product.

I absolutely LOVED our visit here for a family lunch. We were sat quickly and our food orders were taken promptly. We found their food to be very flavorful and truly taste home cooked which is important to my family and me. My entire family was very pleased with their meal selection. We visited on a Saturday around lunch and they had quite a bit of customer come in to purchase their pastries and delicious Cuban bread! There is ample parking as this location is in a strip mall. They have a couple of tables with umbrellas outside too! The nicest family owns this restaurant. They also offer catering. Cant wait to visit again very soon!

Havana Carolina Bakery is the absolute most authentic Cuban food you can get in the Kannapolis/Concord/Charlotte area! I have never had a bad experience there, the owners are passionate about the food they put out and you can definitely see it! The owner, bakes the Cuban bread fresh every single morning which makes the world of a difference. This bakery is perfect for a quick pick me up breakfast or a quick lunch! If you're looking for fresh authentic Cuban food look no further!

If you're looking for authentic, I think you've found it. This place single handedly made my friends thing I was a king when I found this place. In fact, I've added this place to my rotation when I'm in town. The amount of Spanish spoken made me feel like I was in Florida, but they were super kind and welcoming to this non Spanish speaker and his group of friends. Food was good. We passed around a few different things to try, and literally everything was good, and the Cubano Coffee was on point. Where they are in the strip mall, parking was a bit odd, but dobt be a lazy American looking to park right next to where you're going. Park away and enjoy the sunshine on your face.

    Feluco special cubano

Craving Cuban food, this place is legit. It is a nice clean little spot in Kannapolis. They have both indoor and outdoor tables for dining. We ordered café con leche, croquetas, guava pastry, Lechón with congri & plantains, and Feluco special Cuban sandwich. The pastry was sweet and flaky. The lechón, roasted pork, was fork-tender and the congri, a mixture of rice and beans, was delicious. Our favorites were the croquetas and sandwich. The croquetas were packed with flavor. The sandwich is a Cubano with banana peppers instead of pickles and only had roasted pork. Finally, you cannot go wrong with the cafe con leche. This restaurant reminds me of our visits to Miami. We are already planning our next visit.

Been going to this little gem for years now. I realized I hadn't Yelp'd them. It's our favorite spot to have some foodies when we're missing home (Miami/). It's authentic, period. We're Cuban if that helps! We've had just about everything on the menu. Do not hesitate to try anything. Our favorite is el tamal, Cuban frita, steak sandwich, seriously everything... pastries, empanadas, batidos... we've never been disappointed. Today we went for simple, café con leche, tostada, croquettas, empanadas, and pastel de guava. We will continue to come here again and again.

First time customer. The menu is extensive, covering all typical Cuban dishes. We tried the Media noche and Havana Especial sandwiches. They were both very tasty and fresh. We also ordered café con leche; very strong and rich coffee flavor. The seating area inside the restaurant looked very clean, they also have tables and chairs outside as well. The customer service was great. We'll be back!

Chicken, rice , black beans and fried bananas very nice flavor . Kid friendly meal

Lazy Saturday afternoon, I needed that 3pm coffee break still new to the area and this popped up on my yelp I saw all the guava pastries reviews and I was #sold! (aka ima realtor) plus my greatest joys in life are baby Jesus, my children and delicious pastries..we ordered to go , cute restaurant with seating outside I'm a five star gal yelp reviewer , the food was good and the Cuban coffee and the guava pastry was delicious. I wish the customer service was better , It wasn't a welcoming experience at all.

FANTASTIC! As one who lived in south florida for 25 years and visited Cuba, this is a wonderful restaurant cafe to have in NC!

It was a bit too hot to sit outside on the deck overlooking the lake, but I will definitely make that a priority next time! I would recommend this spot to anyone. I tried the arroz con pollo with a side of plantains, and had a Paloma for my cocktail! The food was delicious but I think it would try a different drink next time. I like that they don't make the drinks too sweet I think I was hoping for just a little more punch of lime! Gorgeous presentation on food and drinks. The service was also very strong, we never had to ask for refills on our waters, it was very consistent from multiple waiters. And our food came out super quickly - we were a party of 9 and were there right at 6 and everything was so smooth and quick. One quick note- the restaurant knew we were celebrating a birthday because it was part of the reservation, but there wasn't anything special done like a complimentary dessert or them even saying "happy birthday!" This obviously isn't a huge deal but I think it's best practice that if you ask the guests if you're celebrating anything special you then... I don't know, provide a little something?? If not, then just don't ask I think. Will definitely be returning!

Overall, the atmosphere was lovely, the waitress was friendly and the food was good. Was it the most amazing Cuban food we've had? Absolutely not. The pork appetizer, Masitas de Cerdo, we had was the highlight. It was delicious. We were hoping it was a sign of good things to come. Unfortunately, the Vaca Frita my husband had he didn't like at all. There was a flavor to it that was almost like Cuban mixed with barbecue. I had the Mojito Chicken and it was good. Not amazing, but good flavor. My husband had some of my chicken because he thought the Vaca Frita was inedible. Now, I don't think it was that bad. However, his mom is Cuban so we have authentic Cuban food regularly, and none of these dishes tasted authentic. Expectations are everything, and had this been Cuban-Something fusion, maybe the outcome would be different. Having been to many excellent Cuban restaurants at home and while traveling, this one just didn't rank near the top. But the people next to us, with their bacon-wrapped dates and ceviche, loved this place, so maybe it was just us
