It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. Overall really good experience and it was the best value in terms of set-up that I found in the area, so would definitely consider them for a soft play set-up again!

It made the planning process so much easier because his site included a clear inquiry form, detailed descriptions of what to expect with each package, and plenty of high-quality examples of his previous work. Having that level of transparency right from the jump gave me a lot of confidence in hiring him. What I appreciated most, however, was how thorough and dedicated he was to bringing my vision to life. During the inquiry phase, he asked me to send over inspiration photos. He then took those ideas and created a custom mock-up to show exactly what he had in mind for the space. Seeing that visual representation before we even finalized everything was a total game-changer and ensured we were completely on the same page. The final display was stunning and exactly what I had hoped for.
