I've been to Haven Hot before but this was my 1st time to this location. The set up was different but it was the same vibes. Very clean and bright. Jahbari greeted me and took my order. He was very helpful with trying to figure out combos to get the most out of my money. The items are very pricey hence why I don't eat here often. A single chicken sandwich is almost $15 with a combo being a lil over $18. The manager where I usually hooks me up with lots of Rob sauce. At this location I just purchased a large which was $4. We had a great conversation while I waited. What a nice young man. My food came out in less than 10 minutes and it was nice and hot. I witnessed someone purchasing 2 large box orders and their's came out fast as well. This was my 1st time getting the Wrap Snack and a side of coleslaw. I tried medium- Hotter Than You Think, it wasnt super spicy. The wraps came with 2, so I saved one for dinner. The one I ate was yummy, though I wish it had more chicken. My last bites were all tortilla. The chicken was crispy and the cheese really paired well with it. The coleslaw was well seasoned, not sweet and had good size pieces of veggies. You could see the onions and celery. I tasted all the layers of love. My son The Sandwich Combo per usual. He always gets the same thing. My only complaint is the seating was uncomfortable. I don't see the hype. The tenders were large but so was the price. $10.99 for tenders and $5.49 for the banana pudding. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't worth it. Even the sell of the restaurant, the spice factor just doesn't do it for me. The spice was a pure heat spice not a flavorful one. In my opinion it's better to get chick-fil-a. Again it was bad but from a value standpoint I'm not too sure about Haven Hot Chicken. read more

Got takeout from here opening weekend. All the food was excellent. Portions were absolutely massive. We had plenty for lunch that day and the next day. Their sauces were all great. I ordered the roulette of tenders. They were great, but definitely don't need to order the top two heat levels again, maybe top 3. read more

Fantastic hot chicken. Five spice levels from Not to Fire!! Im good with spice, so i went with a four out of five. It was quite hot and delicious (delicious being more important). Five must be intense. The side pickles were good. I did not enjoy the mac and cheese, but I married an Italian. It had no chance. read more

I hesitated going for months because it's so expensive. I went, the server was very helpful & suggested trying the tendie sandwich 1st. Great call, it's bigger than your average slider & was a perfect amount. NOW: let me tell y'all OMG it was SO worth it! Easily thee best hot crispy chicken sammie ever! Went in to Haven Hot and tried THE Sandwich (medium sauce) and a Tendie Trio (hot sauce). THE sandwich with the medium sauce, pickles and slaw was really good. Mac and cheese side was very disappointing. Basically macaroni with heavy cream and no hint of cheese flavor at all. The Tendies with hot sauce were not good. The heat was definitely there but there just wasn't any flavor with the heat. Fries were ok. Portions were large as was the price. On the positive side, the chicken was juicy and perfectly cooked with a crispy coating. The service was good and we were warned about the heat when ordering. Heat wasn't the issue though. Been here a couple of times at Oxford location. Like any new place, the staff is ironing out the details, but the people working there are working hard and the quality shows. You can't compare the chicken here to big fast food chains, it's significantly better. Both times I went the chicken was crispy, spicy and juicy, fries were great and the banana bread pudding on point. The interior was fine enough and there was outdoor seating. Quality wise, I just don't know where else around here you're going to get a nice big piece of high grade chicken like that, fried to perfection. And get the Rob Sauce.. it's delicious. Chicken was very good but check your receipt. When you buy a combo some of the sides are not included. Plus the sides alone are expensive. The banana pudding dessert was terrible. Really needs some work. Everyone working there was very nice and accommodating. read more

My family and I have been to the Oxford location more than a few times, including their grand opening, say 8 times. The staff are nice and hard working. The place is clean and there is outdoor seating available. My adult son really likes their tendies trio chicken strips in mild. Until today and last time, I liked the non chicken cauliflower nuggets. Today, someone made a mistake and gave me ridiculous hot spicy nugs when I ordered no spice country. I was scared that I was going to have to seek medical treatment! Sometimes the food is good, sometimes not. Double check that your order is correct. read more

Took a visit to the highly anticipated new chicken spot in the Valley today and was a little disappointed. The gentleman at the front counter was friendly and accommodating with my order. It was rather slow and the cooks in the back were moving even slower in their pace. I ordered The Sandwich Combo Mild with Fries. The sandwich comes with a sauce, slaw, and pickles on it. The chicken was crispy with good flavor. However, I didn't get much flavor from the pickles, slaw, and sauce. Fries were crispy and fresh. The major disappointment comes to the fact that a sub par Chicken Sandwich meal was just below $20 and I would put other Fast Food style chicken sandwich's above it at a Fraction of the price. read more
