We had Haven Pool and Spa replace the liner on our above ground pool. We bought the pool during the pandemic and the company insisted we would easily be able to install the liner ourselves. This was not true and although we were able to install it ourselves it was not perfect and we had to replace the liner within a one year. We installed it ourselves again and it leaked around the skimmer until the end of last summer when thoughts of just taking the pool down (due having to refill the pool daily) entered our minds. Our skills were obviously not up to par in pool liner installation so in March of this year we decided to inquire about getting some help from Haven Pool and Spa. We are so pleased this is what we did. Admittedly, we were taken aback at the price of buying a liner and getting it installed as it was as much as we paid for the pool. However, knowing that it took us days to do it ourselves (and it was not done correctly in the end), forced us to make the decision to have the professionals do it for us. Boy, did it make a difference and we truly wish this is the way we would have done it in 2020. I can tell our pool will last many years now and we will not have to continually worry about leaking and other issues. Use the professionals at Haven Pool and Spa! Had to wait for the grandkids input to submit this review and it's Five Stars for a vinyl pool liner replacement. Stephan and crew had a deadline to meet and worked very hard to get the job done in time. The project went fairly smoothly, from the initial estimate (salvaged almost all of the original support walls), the liner installation and filling the pool by water tankers. Stephan and crew showed up on time and completed a nice clean job on schedule. We are very happy with the completed project and would not hesitate to recommend Haven Pool Spa and Hearth. read more

He personally loads all the heavy chemicals out to my car so I don't have to. The service here is outstanding. So frustrating!!! We brought a hot tub from Haven Spa. Brand new for 13k. Tooo many problems popping up. We had three years warranty. It already expired. I had to make a phone call to have someone to send a technician to come and fix. They said they are booked until for two months. Too long to wait. Silly! We decided to have gas installed in our home so we could convert our fireplace to a gas insert. We quickly learned that NW Natural charges insane amounts to bring the line in if you don't do other gas appliance. So we shopped around and decided we would do the fireplace insert, a water heater, replace our wood burning stove with a gas stove, and replace our electric range with a gas range. I had a hard time as I needed gas lines installed under the house, electrical outlets, compare all the appliances and come to some conclusion on how to get the whole job completed. Then I decided to contact Haven which is literally a few blocks from my home and they came and gave me an very competitive estimate for the entire job. It took a few visits over a few week period and all was inspected and worked flawlessly. Rob in the store was very knowledgeable, Kirk and Jeff and the other two or three who worked here were amazing installers, Blair took care of the inspections and Stepan (the owner) kept in constant contact and made sure everything I asked was done as promised. Overall, they were 100%. Always on-time, kept the house clean. They showed me everything they were doing and how to operate everything in the end. I can't say enough good about this company and their staff. I wish they did window installation too as I would hire them again tomorrow. read more

EDIT: Update. Buying the hot tub in person was a cinch. The salesperson was knowledgeable and fantastic as we worked our way through buying the hot tub. She was perfect. Later, we had some communication issues regarding an adapter and the steps for the tub resulting in a longer wait time. Kelly stepped in for the rescue making sure we were taken care of after. I'll chalk the communication issues up to COVID and the industry itself being overwhelmed. Things happen. I'm just happy to get things resolved through Kelly's ability to get things done. Overall, it was a good experience and we will be sure to keep going in to make sure we are treating our water correctly. They are extremely knowledgeable in this area as well and it's always been a good experience going into the store. read more

I am SO thrilled to have stumbled upon Haven. I walked in and right away Bobby was there to answer all my questions, give me some great information about the stoves, including pricing, and help me select the wood stove insert for our new house. Stefan, the owner, came out to pre-measure our existing firepalce and I am so glad he did. Our house, a home built in the 70's, had an arched brick fireplace. I knew getting the larger model in was going to be tricky. When I met with Stefan he was honest and forthcoming about all of my options. I really felt like he was looking out for me and not just trying to sell me. Every detail was addressed - even a 1" piece of sheet metal that needed to be laid down in order for us to pass inspection - which is really important to me. Shawn and Dusty (who literally just finished the install at my house) were great. I cannot believe how fast they put our new insert in! They were thorough and courteous, explained how the surround comes apart just in case they need it to for inspection, how to operate the fan, etc. Seriously, I can't recommend these guys enough. A fair price, an amazing customer service experience and a product that looks beautiful and is going to serve my family for many, many years. After much spa shopping, I found the Artesian Nevis spa fit my 6' frame best, with the features I wanted at a reasonable price. After having used it for a month, it really is a tremendous leap from my old spa, and the integral chemical system has been hassle free water maintenance. Kudos to Kirk for answering all my questions and test soak, Cheyenne for pricing and special color request, and Justin and Steph for delivery and set up. I recently moved in to a house which has a spa and pool. Lucky me! When we first uncovered the pool it had a heavy coating of debris and alge on the bottom. I searched the internet and bought some chemicals at Wal-Mart to shock the pool only to find out that those chemicals are sub-par and full of extra junk that ends up making a bigger mess than to begin with. After trying to solve the problem on my own for two days I found Haven which is nearby our home so I thought I'd take some water in to get tested. Very glad I did. So far I have been twice to get my water tested. They are very friendly and haven't pushed any unneeded chemicals. I will definitely be going back to Haven for pool and spa products when I need them. Haven has better quality chemicals than Wally World, they have a detailed water analysis machine and the folks working there are friendly. Can't beat that! read more

Haven pool and spa was the first place we looked (for no particular reason) when we were shopping for a hot tub. We held off on making a purchase because the county fair was upcoming and we could shop all the competition in one place. We never found a better deal on a quality tub anywhere. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Will require a cc for them to warranty your hot tub. The supervisor that scheduled the appts. Will argue and be very rude and will talk down to you requiring a CC. But when I take my car in for warranty or anything else under warranty they do not require a cc. Hmmm We have had nothing but problems with them trying to avoid or push appts out to make it so it would be past our warranty date. read more

From working with Morgan in our initial walkthrough of the store, to coordinating with Kirk on a quote, to Stephan's pre-site inspections (plural isn't usually necessary, but Stephan provided additional insight as to what we could/couldn't safely change for our project) and finally to Kyle and Nick's expert installation (which they did one-and-a-half times due to me changing my desired firebox height mid-project... sorry guys!). Recently bought a hot tub through Haven and I was extremely impressed. We were going to buy a hot tub at the expo but we were incredibly disappointed at the fact it was only one vendor with cheap looking tubs in only white, at mediocre prices and a used car salesman vibe. We started shopping around and after visiting 3 places, Haven was the clear winner. They were almost $3,000 cheaper then anywhere else we looked for the kind of hot tub we wanted. We got to pick out the color of the top, exterior, and inside. The only downside to the whole experience was that we had to wait 4 weeks for it to be delivered. The tub was delivered by two guys, Ricky and Justin, who were amazing. The were very accommodating with how I wanted the tub and they gave me some good advice on how I might want the tub. Long story short, I would highly recommend Haven Spas. read more

I visited all of the Vancouver competitors before making a judgment on where to purchase our hot tub. I LOVE hot tubs and I had finally convinced my husband this was a must have. They came out to our home (25 minutes away) assessed our plans for where the hot tub would go prior to determining a price quote. They gave us sound advice and helped us to solve problems associated with our goals. They reinforced our deck, synchronized with the electrician (West Coast Electric - see review), and installed the tub all in one day. I have to admit I am relieved that the place I chose to purchase the tub is conveniently located to a place I go regularly because it really takes some time to get the chemicals correct. Additionally, we have well water so it took some trials before I was confident I could manage the chemicals alone. Haven continues to test your spa water for free and give recommendations on how to regulate it. The only negative thing I have to say is that before we purchased it we were led to believe the upkeep would take a once a week dropping of chemicals but Hot Tubs are sensitive machines and really take a lot of care. You have to add chemicals every time that you use it and add chlorine every 3 days ish. You also have to clean the filter every 2-3 weeks and as expected you need to clean out the whole tub every 3 months. Anyway, I totally love my hot tub and if I had to do it all over again I would chose Haven every time. One more thing, we purchased with the "County Fair" pricing and it was significantly cheaper than competitors and their typical pricing. read more

After battling for a couple years with an old dinosaur of a tub that came with our home when we bought it, my wife and I decided it was time to stop fighting and get a shiny new tub. We had used Haven spa pool and hearth for the repairs and since that was always a great experience, we checked them out first. Morgan showed us all the levels of tubs and helped us choose one that suited our needs. My wife, being the financially smart one of us, chose to do some comparison shopping. Not only were we happier with Havens price in general, it also came with 3 years of warranty. No one else could touch that. Oh, the price also included hauling away the old dinosaur too!! Today was delivery day and the haven crew was great! Steph, Justin and Nick maneuvered that giant old heavy beast up the narrow path between our fence and house like it was nothing. And really made bringing the new slightly smaller one down even easier. Steph, Justin and Nick were all super helpful and and explained everything as they went and were also super careful to not chew up the path and yard and not even come close to the house. How?? I have no idea cause that's one narrow pathway with slippery steps. Steph did my walk through on how everything functions and I learned a bunch of things that I had done wrong on the old tub. He was patient and clear in his instruction. This was yet another great experience with Haven pool spa and hearth and we'll continue to support their business as long as we're hot tub owners. I purchased my first hot tub and it was delivered 3 weeks ago from Haven Spa-Pool-Hearth in Vancouver. My knowledge about hot tubs was nil when I walked in to consider a purchase. I am very pleased with my purchase and I enjoy the hot tub every day, but it is the customer service from Haven Spa that is the motivation for writing this review. Morgan, in particular, at Haven has supported me through lots of trial and error including having to empty and move my spa because of my error in placement in order to pass inspection. They jumped in and provided support, led me through the process of refilling the tub and balancing the water again. When I messed up and let the chlorine run out which caused foam to form, once again Morgan led me through the process of taking care of that. The spa is great, the price was great and the customer service is unmatched. I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

We bought a wood stove insert this last month and recently had it installed. We are very happy with the sales associate, Bobby; in addition our installation techs, Kirk and his side kick (missed his name). The follow up phone calls to schedule inspection, and scheduling our follow up faceplate replacement we're done in a timely manner (next business day!). We were scheduled for installation on an afternoon of freezing rain, they called and asked if ok to reschedule. They caked out the following Saturday at 7am and did the install so we didn't have to go further out into the schedule. We did an extensive fire place remodel, new stone veneer with a raised hearth and a new Vermont Casting insert. We really appreciated the extra mile that Haven did, with the removal of the old insert, their patience, of over a month to install the new insert, flue liner and modification of the old heat-a-lator.
