The project went fairly smoothly, from the initial estimate (salvaged almost all of the original support walls), the liner installation and filling the pool by water tankers. Service is attentive and friendly. I am also impressed with how clean the water in the "live" hot tub is, as a recent visit to a competitor's was inexcusably bad. I was also very impressed with the service I received when I did a "wet test" of the hut tub. One can make an appointment to try out the hot tub immediately after the store closes, and trying the HotSpring showed just how different it is than my hot tub is. HotSpring hot tubs are about as high-end as it gets, so these tubs are EXPENSIVE...more expensive than the manufacturer's suggested retail price on their web site. If you're in the market for a high-end hot tub, Oregon Hot Tub is a really great place to fulfill that goal.

Stopped by the Pool & Spa House to see how bad the damage could be and what I would need to do to fix it. Can I just say that Don was the greatest. He totally eased my fears and told me that hot tubs frequently get pin hole leaks in some of the joints and fittings. He even took me over to some of their systems on display to demonstrate where and what to look for in determining the type of leak. The best part was his recommendation of a product called "Fix a Leak" and how to apply it to my system. With one bottle and little expert instruction from Don, I fixed my hot tub in no time and it barely cost me any blood, sweat and tears as I had feared it might. Thanks Don!

This is some kind of fantasy customer service, but it is not the first time we've received great service from The Pool and Spa House. Previously we had a need for a system that would work for our round spa. Don, again steered us to a great solution. This store also has every type of chemical needed to keep spas and pools in great shape. A business that understands customer service and "going the extra mile."

Since we knew we had a gas line running to our house, we decided to shop for a small, linear gas fireplace for the space. After visiting and pricing units at a number of different fireplace stores in and around Vancouver, we decided on a reasonably priced Enviro model that we found at Haven Spa Pool & Hearth on 9/19/20. We met with Kirk Neil who looked at our photos and the dimensions we had in hand, and walked us through our options based on our budget and our needs. At no time did he try to up-sale us which we appreciated. He then told us all about the unit we decided upon, answering all our questions. At that point, Kirk gave us a written estimate and we put down a very small deposit to have someone come to our home to get actual measurements, etc. We left the store feeling great about our choice, as well as the pricing for the unit and estimate for installation. Imagine my surprise and delight when the owner himself, Stephan, was the person who came to my home! Following that visit, pricing was confirmed and the date for installation, 10/26/29, was agreed upon. Installation day arrived and the Haven crew was here at their scheduled time. The installation of the unit was seamless from beginning to end. They were not only professional, but their attention to detail from running the gas line to framing out the area for the unit, was excellent. A few days following the install, I had a question about outside air that I was feeling around the unit. I called Haven, and within a couple of days, once again the owner, Stephan, came out to assess my concern. It was a minor issue which he himself resolved. (The fireplace tile and mantel were completed 11/28/20, by Jared of J. Tanner Tile & Stone, also a conscientious contractor who did an excellent job.) Although our room is still a work in progress, the Enviro fireplace gives us the hominess and added warmth that we were hoping for. If you're in the market for any type of fireplace and want to purchase it from a business that is involved from beginning to end, with great customer service and response times, I highly recommend Haven Spa Pool & Hearth.

A great salesperson makes one feel confidence in the outcome as well as enjoyment during the purchasing process, and that's Sumi Douglass. As great as the experience was with tire-kicking, choosing, and buying, I have to give some positives to their installation folks. They did everything they were supposed to do, and they did it in difficult circumstances (such as taking the old tub out and putting the new tub in during a long trip around the house, going uphill part way). Friendly. Communicative. Efficient. Our spa servicing guy had recommended West Coast, and he was one hundred percent right on. It's not the cheapest, but it's also not the most expensive; he told us that these were the people he'd be buying from if he were in the market. What West Coast is: the best value for your money.

I enjoy swimming and Cascade has the best pool in the area so participation here is a matter of limited selection. My problem is the lack of policy/signs/refereeing something that keeps inconsiderate lane swimmers in line. Cascade has no posted policy or signs that direct how people should behave when there are others waiting for a lane. Since there are numerous older adults that seem to have developed blindness because they don't 'see' people waiting nor do they ask anyone. Instead, they see someone getting out of the pool and head directly to the lane that just opened up simply not caring that others are waiting. Most people seem to want to avoid conflict so nothing gets said empowering those who are already feel privileged enough to just jump in. Then there's me. I will say something and I might not be nice about it because your rudeness put you in my path. So, lane cutters if you can't turn to those waiting and ask then expect to get called out or for me to jump in 'your' lane. I simply won't stand for your rude behavior or whatever excuse you have for being like you are. As for Cascade - this on you. You have no policy, no guidance and no monitoring leaving us adults to police themselves. Fortunately, most do an exceptional job of policing themselves and have decency and courtesy. However, there are some that don't possess decency and probably have limited self-control when confronted about their behavior that could lead to an altercation between parties. If this were to happen to me you can bet that I would seeing you in court... And, while you are pondering this matter please scrub the pool! It's filthy. The walls and floor of the pool are coated in brown slime that cause slip when trying to push off. P.S. this also applies to those that are in a lane and invite someone that just shows up to join them instead of the next person in line as it should be. Friends don't get a free pass to the head of the line.
