This was not true and although we were able to install it ourselves it was not perfect and we had to replace the liner within a one year. We installed it ourselves again and it leaked around the skimmer until the end of last summer when thoughts of just taking the pool down (due having to refill the pool daily) entered our minds. Our skills were obviously not up to par in pool liner installation so in March of this year we decided to inquire about getting some help from Haven Pool and Spa. We are so pleased this is what we did. Admittedly, we were taken aback at the price of buying a liner and getting it installed as it was as much as we paid for the pool. However, knowing that it took us days to do it ourselves (and it was not done correctly in the end), forced us to make the decision to have the professionals do it for us. Boy, did it make a difference and we truly wish this is the way we would have done it in 2020. I can tell our pool will last many years now and we will not have to continually worry about leaking and other issues. Use the professionals at Haven Pool and Spa! Service is attentive and friendly. I am also impressed with how clean the water in the "live" hot tub is, as a recent visit to a competitor's was inexcusably bad. I was also very impressed with the service I received when I did a "wet test" of the hut tub. One can make an appointment to try out the hot tub immediately after the store closes, and trying the HotSpring showed just how different it is than my hot tub is. HotSpring hot tubs are about as high-end as it gets, so these tubs are EXPENSIVE...more expensive than the manufacturer's suggested retail price on their web site. If you're in the market for a high-end hot tub, Oregon Hot Tub is a really great place to fulfill that goal.

Stopped by the Pool & Spa House to see how bad the damage could be and what I would need to do to fix it. Can I just say that Don was the greatest. He totally eased my fears and told me that hot tubs frequently get pin hole leaks in some of the joints and fittings. He even took me over to some of their systems on display to demonstrate where and what to look for in determining the type of leak. The best part was his recommendation of a product called "Fix a Leak" and how to apply it to my system. With one bottle and little expert instruction from Don, I fixed my hot tub in no time and it barely cost me any blood, sweat and tears as I had feared it might. Thanks Don!

A great salesperson makes one feel confidence in the outcome as well as enjoyment during the purchasing process, and that's Sumi Douglass. As great as the experience was with tire-kicking, choosing, and buying, I have to give some positives to their installation folks. They did everything they were supposed to do, and they did it in difficult circumstances (such as taking the old tub out and putting the new tub in during a long trip around the house, going uphill part way). Friendly. Communicative. Efficient. Our spa servicing guy had recommended West Coast, and he was one hundred percent right on. It's not the cheapest, but it's also not the most expensive; he told us that these were the people he'd be buying from if he were in the market. What West Coast is: the best value for your money.

I enjoy swimming and Cascade has the best pool in the area so participation here is a matter of limited selection. My problem is the lack of policy/signs/refereeing something that keeps inconsiderate lane swimmers in line. Cascade has no posted policy or signs that direct how people should behave when there are others waiting for a lane. Since there are numerous older adults that seem to have developed blindness because they don't 'see' people waiting nor do they ask anyone. Instead, they see someone getting out of the pool and head directly to the lane that just opened up simply not caring that others are waiting. Most people seem to want to avoid conflict so nothing gets said empowering those who are already feel privileged enough to just jump in. Then there's me. I will say something and I might not be nice about it because your rudeness put you in my path. So, lane cutters if you can't turn to those waiting and ask then expect to get called out or for me to jump in 'your' lane. I simply won't stand for your rude behavior or whatever excuse you have for being like you are. As for Cascade - this on you. You have no policy, no guidance and no monitoring leaving us adults to police themselves. Fortunately, most do an exceptional job of policing themselves and have decency and courtesy. However, there are some that don't possess decency and probably have limited self-control when confronted about their behavior that could lead to an altercation between parties. If this were to happen to me you can bet that I would seeing you in court... And, while you are pondering this matter please scrub the pool! It's filthy. The walls and floor of the pool are coated in brown slime that cause slip when trying to push off. She always had conflicts and issues, and just showed up the one time, kept flaking on us with a lot of excuses. This lady is just unprofessional. Who yells at someone about their pool being low (it was full to the point where it has always recommended to be), leaves with the gates open, says they'll be back the next day, and sends a message like this? And if the was the same pool person before that showed up once and came up with excuses to ever come back. Why even come back? You knew the house. Just cancel instead of yelling at a man with medical issues and immediately leaving.
