That pushed me to search online, and I found SoCal Window Pros, a highly rated local company. Jack, the owner, came out with sample windows and gave us an estimate. He was straightforward, no‑nonsense, and genuinely kind. The windows were impressive -- solid engineering, well‑made, great warranty, and locally manufactured. We also met his son Alex who is much involved in this family-owned business, and he was equally professional and personable. We ultimately decided to replace all of our windows as well as our sliding door, and we're very happy with the results. Our house looks refreshed and updated, and the old rubber seals that kept popping out are finally gone. The windows look beautiful and have made a noticeable difference in the overall appearance of our home. I literally let out a sigh of relief every time I see the windows. Gratefulness and gladness! There were a couple of windows that took a little longer than expected to arrive, and two were delivered in a different color than originally specified. We asked for a quote from My WIndow Solutions, got one that was quite good. We had explained the rationale for getting a replacement window (the leak). Parry sent over his crew right away to caulk around the existing one so we wouldn't get any incursion while waiting for the new one to arrive and get installed. Nice! For this job, I had also asked to have a custom window casing and deep windowsill built. My experience:…read more So i reached out via yelp to andres and was replied to pretty quick. He was able to visit the following day to get measurements / estimate price. He was nice and explained everything. Plus gave suggestions... I gave a downpayment of 10% for everything to proceed. They then ordered it. Rough estimate would be 3-4 weeks for the entire process. They have a physical store in norco which was being run by Andres' wife. After 3 weeks or so give or take... i got a message that they were ready to install. Well within the time frame.... They informed me when they were on the way. They probably took roughly 2.5 hours. Lucas, Andres' son was present. Nothing was rushed and i saw how they handled everything... They can reuse your old door handle... but in my case, i bought a new one... just because. The price: It's pretty fair. It isn't cheap but you get what you paid for. For the peace of mind... ill do it again. Since i got a door replacement, everything was included. From removing the old one , to clean up, trash, installing... and thankfully.... the door i got doesn't need any paint. So it's pretty good. Threshold was top notch. And it seems water / insects wont be able to pop in. Will i choose to work with them again? Probably yes... Once i opt for a screen door... maybe in a couple more months once it gets a little bit cooler.

Dad asked me to take care of the repair because he's out of the state right now. Yelp & Hugo to the Rescue: Searched about 20 different companies here on Yelp and compared it to their Google reviews. I narrowed it down to 4...and decided to go with Pro Glass. Glad I did because the entire process was seamless. After my first call to Hugo, he called me back immediately and arranged for his guys to go to the home ASAP for measurements and a quote. Within less than an hour & 1/2, Hugo texted me with a very reasonable and competitive quote. All this without me needing to be at the property.
