He was able to work with me and my general contractor to design and install a custom soundproofed window. His pricing was very fair. My new home had an old sliding glass patio door that could not be reliably secured. David arranged a visit onsite within days, took measurements, and discussed options. I had no previous experience in this area so I'm sure I asked an absurd number of questions re: security, insulation, etc.. David was patient and I had confidence to be very knowledgeable. He was fully prepared for the insulation question as he had brought a thermal emitter & detector to demonstrate the effectiveness of different glass materials. OK, Jack, I am so sorry it has taken me this long to do my review. So, I shopped around and received about 9 bids for on various brands to replace 24 Windows Jan-Feb of this year. Sadly, most of my windows were cheap, and installed incorrectly by the previous owner. So I had to go the route of full R&R (Remove & Replace) my windows, I could not do the more affordable retro fit rout since I needed to have the windows Flashing (Weather Proofing) redone. This was a point that all the contractors I met agreed on. So, after reviewing the bids, reading lots of reviews, I choose to go with SoCal Window Pros. Jack very courteous to talk with and knowledgeable about the work. While he wasn't the lowest bid I received (but close to it). What sold me on going with Jack and his Team was his attention to detail. He also sold me on the Anlin Window line up, and how their Premium Vinyl product was the best crafted Vinyl window on the market. And truly, my wife and I could not be happier with the product.
