I asked Mr. Roberts if he would consider refunding a portion of the repair bill back to us since his repair only lasted for three days? He ignored my request entirely. Our new refrigerator replacement cost $1200 at Costco. Do yourself a favor and shop around for a new fridge replacement first before you call a refrigerator repair person. If you can find a new one in stock somewhere that fits your space, just buy it and junk your old one before you throw your money away like we did. Also, be sure to use Hawaii's Ridafridge Program to recycle your old fridge.

I called and left a message asking when he would do our repair but got no response. I called the manufacturer and was told Robert cancelled our repair as he couldn't get a hold of us. Of course pure bs. So now we have to wait two more weeks for Sears. Six weeks total thanks to a guy who can't handle a simple repair, return phone calls and doesn't like you knowing anything about his business. Think long and hard before you get a hold of this beauty. If you use him for AC be warned he is not a licensed contractor.
