Juanita is amazingly rude for starters on the phone. but the service...i guess if you have a service plan its ok. They sent a kid. He came five times to fix my dryer. Imagine how much that would have cost me. he never fixed it. my service plan replaced the dryer, and when it came and did not work..we discovered the 220 plug that was 20 years old was the problem. And the Whirlpool washer, well, it requires maintenance. it wants you to clean it or clothes come out grey. so they replaced the washer cause Conrey's couldn't fix it. so..if you have a service plan, are willing to go through ten service calls where you wait a week..well Conveys may be right for you if the phone rudeness doesn't turn you off. otherwise, gosh wish they'd go back to the mainland where they came from. and check out the reply immediately written blaming me..this is exactly who these awful people are. imagine.

He stated that he would return again to install a photo sensor and reconnect the remote metal detector wand attached to the gate opener. Despite at least four text messages over the next six weeks and several voicemail messages, he never responded or returned. I had two or three other small Appliance Repair jobs for him which he never returned to address. He appears to be too busy to even give the courtesy of responding to a text message or voicemail stating that he is not able to render services because he is too busy. I eventually gave up on him. I would recommend that customers stay away from his business in light of his ignoring multiple contact attempts.

He scheduled an appointment for next week to evaluate repairs needed for several appliances. I had used him before for Appliance Repair and his service was very good. I have no complaints about his company and would recommend him to others needing Appliance Repair.

I asked Mr. Roberts if he would consider refunding a portion of the repair bill back to us since his repair only lasted for three days? He ignored my request entirely. Our new refrigerator replacement cost $1200 at Costco. Do yourself a favor and shop around for a new fridge replacement first before you call a refrigerator repair person. If you can find a new one in stock somewhere that fits your space, just buy it and junk your old one before you throw your money away like we did. Also, be sure to use Hawaii's Ridafridge Program to recycle your old fridge.

Two weeks later I called and he claimed he didn't have the parts. I called manufacturer and they confirmed delivery 5 days prior. I called and left a message asking when he would do our repair but got no response. I called the manufacturer and was told Robert cancelled our repair as he couldn't get a hold of us. Of course pure bs. So now we have to wait two more weeks for Sears. Six weeks total thanks to a guy who can't handle a simple repair, return phone calls and doesn't like you knowing anything about his business. Think long and hard before you get a hold of this beauty. If you use him for AC be warned he is not a licensed contractor.
