Paradise Flooring was able to match the existing flooring, originally purchased from a different company nearly 10 years ago. They also connected me to a great installer. The second time was purchasing ceramic tiles for the shower wall of my parents' condo during their building-wide plumbing replacement. Again, I wanted to match the existing shower walls (possibly from the 80's) and although a perfect match was not possible, the ones we chose are very close and look great. We had a change of plans midway through a home remodel and were scrambling to find someone to take over the project, vinyl plank flooring through three bedrooms, two baths, living room and kitchen, seamless, no transitions and simple modern trim, install and paint. My goodness did Chris and crew pull through for us! He accommodated us by giving us a quote in the late evening that very same day. Working with us to accommodate our very tight schedule for completion, an uneven foundation between two rooms, and occasionally working around other vendors. Their prices are more than fair and worth every penny, we have zero regrets about hiring Satisfaction Flooring. We were also on site very frequently though the project, and always noted the Satisfaction Flooring crew's cleanliness and diligence to their work. Instantly, I heard back from Keith to schedule a home visit. In the first week of January, Keith came by to do a look through. He was very kind and professional. Keith emailed my estimate within several days. Our bathroom remodel was scheduled to take 14 days, but it was completed within 9 days, which was good for our family considering we only have one bathroom. From initial contact throughout the project Jeff, HHR Supervisor, kept open communication with me every day. He kept me afloat on what they found, what needed to be done, what my options were. Jeff and his team were very detailed and the level of work they did was beyond superb.
