They packed the poles and took it to Aloha Cargo that same day. Saturday morning at 7:50am I had the poles in my possession. I was impressed with the guys at New Maui Fishing Supply store how easy and smooth the transaction was handled. They were professional and provided excellent customer service. What took them beyound other companings, is that they called me Saturday morning around 9am to let me know that my poles were mailed to me friday and that I should be getting it in the next day or two. There is a huge selection of masks and you get to try them on. Jada was great and helped me a lot to find a mask that fit me perfectly. Prices range from 40-100 dollars but it's really worth it to find something that works well for you on your snorkeling or diving.If you are here on vacation, I recommend getting your own mask and bringing it with you on trips. Renting fins and a snorkel was fine, but having my own mask made a world of difference.

This place was the first to answer their phones. He was super friendly and told me the price, hours and location. I zipped over but since it's located in an industrial spot, I had a little trouble finding it. I called and the gentleman was so helpful and got me to the right spot. As soon as I arrived, he was there waiting. He seemed a little surprised that a girl wearing pink and big sunglasses was wandering into a shop full of guns and ammo. I explained that I just needed some pepper spray and he gave me an "ah-ha!" look and brought me over to the spot and laid out the two choices. I paid, and left. He was quick and friendly. I didn't spend much time in the store because guns, ammo and camo really aren't really my jam. Nothing wrong with it, I just would rather spend my time looking at tank tops and sparkly things. But from what I saw, they have a huge selection of outdoor enthusiast goods. I saw lots of ammo and camo... definitely a gun store with lots of stuff. Keoki was an amazing guide who made us feel safe the entire time in the water. He additionally brought really great energy and made the time fly by. Gave us plenty of shots and opportunities to try to hit some fish! I took away confidence from being in the open ocean, learned how to dive down, and try to equalize ear pressure. Really happy I got to learn these skills and fantastic experience!!

I went there this morning to get some hardware for foiling gear. waited patiently for 15 minutes in line. when i got to checkout i asked if they had hardware, the girl at counter had no knowledge or info, so she said wait here and i'll get someone to help you! i did, five minutes later she came back and said someone with knowledge would help me soon. so i sat on the side for another fifteen minutes and they kept helping new customers cashing out but i just waited, and waited , and waited after another ten minutes i knew that they were just cruising non-shalantly loudly talking so evrybody in store could hear, as if they knew everything about everything with loud voiced egos, yah brah im out there tomorrow. very unprofessional, and maybe unkind to real locals who dont have a load of cash like tourist. Ended up walking out after a half hr of waiting, Home depot had the hardware anyway. dont get stuck with high priced poor service, buy before online cheaper anyway, you dont need old bros telling anything just to sell you something overpriced, Mahalo a true local experience!!!
