If you need a last minute gift for that football lover in your life or if you want to just grab something for yourself like I always do, this is the store for you. They have earrings, wallets, various mugs and cups, flags, stickers, jerseys, slippers, lunch bags, magnets, pens, beanies, hats, coolers, chairs, sofa covers, pop sockets, chargers, lanyards, koosies, shot glasses, sunglasses and many other items. Some sections are still kind of bare like ive seen in photos but their workers are hustling and bustling despite the chaos and entitled and rude customers. I happened to witness this actually when I was asking a worker if they moved their greeting cards and a lady could not go around us! She demanded that she go right through us. They packed the poles and took it to Aloha Cargo that same day. Saturday morning at 7:50am I had the poles in my possession. I was impressed with the guys at New Maui Fishing Supply store how easy and smooth the transaction was handled. They were professional and provided excellent customer service. What took them beyound other companings, is that they called me Saturday morning around 9am to let me know that my poles were mailed to me friday and that I should be getting it in the next day or two. Thats what you call Excellent Customer Service. Something rare these days. Good Job NMFS! You guys get'em!

I went there this morning to get some hardware for foiling gear. waited patiently for 15 minutes in line. when i got to checkout i asked if they had hardware, the girl at counter had no knowledge or info, so she said wait here and i'll get someone to help you! i did, five minutes later she came back and said someone with knowledge would help me soon. so i sat on the side for another fifteen minutes and they kept helping new customers cashing out but i just waited, and waited , and waited after another ten minutes i knew that they were just cruising non-shalantly loudly talking so evrybody in store could hear, as if they knew everything about everything with loud voiced egos, yah brah im out there tomorrow. very unprofessional, and maybe unkind to real locals who dont have a load of cash like tourist.
