The owner was so friendly and nice. My laptop was an old one and my files that I needed got encrypted. He wasn't able to fix my computer but did assure me when I bought my new laptop he would help transfer everything to the new one. He didn't even charge me for anything. I would definitely recommend this service company. Very trustworthy and honest. When I'm back in the area and am having computer problems this will be my first stop!

Review for service I recieved March 2017 for my Macbook Pro…read more My screen cracked so I took it to them before they closed and we were able to settle a deal on the repair. Actually turned out that Apple had a recall for those particular Macbook screens and I got mines repaired for free - I recommend knowing about these in case the employees don't bring it up and upcharge you. Turnaround was about 3-4 days, really fast service. They called when it was ready and I was in the shop for less than 15 minutes. It is vulnerable as they need to access your laptop but I recommend backing everything up on an external hard drive. Best next thing to an Apple store - Highly recommend!

I called DSI for Help!!! And he properly diagnosed my computer (there was nothing wrong with the hard drive) and properly performed the fixes I had requested in the first place (which the other place totally bolluxed).
