Roger is amazing. Those hacks at Computer Hospital returned my PC to me with it's hard drive next…read moreto it, and told me I needed a new hard drive (which as a former computer professional, I did not believe). I called DSI for Help!!! And he properly diagnosed my computer (there was nothing wrong with the hard drive) and properly performed the fixes I had requested in the first place (which the other place totally bolluxed). And he only charged me $125, which was extremely reasonable given that I'd requested an entire OS rebuild with data drive repartition, backups, restore, etc. Very grateful to Roger for saving my PC and my data!!!
