This Dr easily could've sent us to another clinic but he spent the next 90 min trying to get out as much as possible. If you look up the Aloha spirit you surely will see his picture. We appreciated him seeing us and thanked him so many times. We left with a wrapped foot, detailed instructions, and a surgical shoe for him to wear. Great clinic, great service, and very clean. This isn't the urgent care that came up but drove past it every day so we thought the hours were of this clinic not the other one in town. So glad we went to this one. There is a reason every single review is 5 Fee was $200 to be seen and they do not accept insurance. Our bill was $325 with a tetanus shot and shoe. Worth every penny!

Desperate, I went to Kauai Urgent Care. Within 15 minutes I was taken in to see Dr. David Horn. I told him my wife and I were celebrating our recent retirement and he said "don't worry, we're gonna get you back on your feet." He listened intently as I described my symptoms. He order a flu and COVID test both of which came back negative. He diagnosed me as having an acute sinus infection and prescribed a course of antibiotics along with a steroid nasal spray to reduce inflammation. I was on my way to the pharmacy in less than an hour. By the next day, I was feeling significantly better and resumed light activities and after 48 hours felt my old self. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Horn and the clinic. They saved my vacation.

He's equally invested in using laboratory tests, and medical technology, MRI, EEG, etc. He's had the medical experience at Queen's Hospital of urban Hawaii multi-ethnic and here on Kaua'i for the past decade plus. Regretfully, the one phone the clinic uses requires patience to navigate but you will be rewarded with a pleasant human being once you get through. You will not be able to leave a message and carry on with your day, but will have to persist in calling. As was said previously you will be able to see him within the week but not always that day. It may not be the same day, but they try to accommodate you to the best of their ability. He sees patients in Lihue Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and half day on Friday.
