Long story short, all guns were sold in probably 30 days and for far more than they were originally appraised for. In addition, Todd kept both Rachael and me informed as to how things were going. As another reviewer said, I tried calling to see if they had any in stock and didn't get an answer. The only place in town that could confirm having one was Freedom. They were VERY overpriced, rude, and unhelpful. While I was there (being ignored by the 5 employees not doing anything but sitting,) the one employee helping another customer (also a first time buyer) was spewing BS to them the entire time. He finally stepped over to see if I had any questions and I asked for a price on the PPQ and when I asked why it was FAR over MSRP he scoffed and said "Supply and demand". As I was walking out I heard him telling the other customer he shouldn't be considering 9mm and babbling about stopping power. Right. I drove home disappointed and posted on a Facebook group asking if anyone knew which stores would be polite about transferring one if I ordered online and Nate PM'd me. He said they would be happy to do it at a reasonable cost and while he couldn't quite match the deal, I was so impressed with the service that I placed it on hold anyways. I picked it up the next day and have had several trips back to the store that were all equally impressive. This is a passionate and knowledgeable group of employees that will show you how much they respect you as a customer by giving their full attention and honesty - hence the never picked up phones. She flat out told me no and flat out told me there were no returns on boats per their store policy, even though I was told I could return it as long as I had not put it in the water. It had not even been an hour and she refused to honor the coupon that they didn't bother telling me about. She said it's on the customer to know about their coupons. Mind you, this was the first time I had ever bought anything from their store. How was I to know about the coupons? It's also going to be the last!

He came up as one of the least expensive in the area, so I gave him a call. He was immediately welcoming and friendly, and we set up a time for me to come in for that transfer. When I arrived, he was again very welcoming, and invited me inside to his office. We knocked the transfer out and got talking, and did so for probably over an hour. Things went so well that I used him for another transfer a few weeks later. Again, Tony was pleasant and super easy to work with, and we again spoke for well over an hour, to the point he offered me a drink! If you're in northern Indiana, Tony's well worth the drive. His prices (especially for transfers) are great, and the kind of personal service he offers is refreshing and hard to find! For all your firearms needs, give him a call and he'll treat your right.
