Now that I'm close to 40, it has been harder for me to take a "tough it out" approach when it comes to injuries. My aches and pains just don't heal as quickly, and I've been turning to sports massages as a remedy to help my body recover from exercising. You can only do so much with stretching and foam rolling. I couldn't be happier with Sydney's approach and treatment. She has a very warm personality and made me feel welcome right from the start. She also spent a lot of time trying to better understand my aches and pains, my fitness routine, and my recovery process in order to create the best possible treatment plan. On top of an excellent 90 minute session where she applied the right amount of pressure and helped with my trouble spots, Sydney also offered great advice on how to keep the recovery going (offering great stretching exercises, hot baths, etc).
