I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They were the only one out of five…read morecompanies that returned my call. The electrician even communicated well with me through text. One thing I will say is I requested to wall sconces and a fan and I even asked electrician to pick up all the materials. They went above and beyond they did the whole project. I asked him to takeoff his shoes when he was in the house he did that and more and even cleaned up the whole project. I would say this company has a great value. A great attitude. And willing to do what the homeowner requests. This company is my go to electrical service.

The women who works as the office manager was immediately defensive and condescending as I tried to to explain my frustration over (In my opinion) an inflated bill. She threw questions at me that didn't make sense, talking down to me by saying things like ... well, are you an electrician, how do you know what he (the technician) did or didn't do, insisting I didn't know what I was talking about. Frustrated, I asked to talk to the owner of the company, and as quick as I asked, she immediately replied with, "I AM THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY!" A quick google search proved that wrong, so now she lied. I have never in my life wrote a negative review about any company but I will tell you, I could not in good conscience recommend this company nor will I ever use them again. They have a chronic issue with service calls. I don't know how many times I have scheduled a call,…read moreworked my day around a specific time, for them not to show. The latest one was today, for a 10am call. It's 11:28am. Nobody called or reached out; I had to call three different times to get someone live on the phone who didn't see me in the schedule. However, she was able to tell that someone called me on Tuesday and left me a voice mail asking if I wanted them to stop by since they were in the area anyway. So, the natural question I had to ask, "So, I was in the system, right?" I assume he wasn't stopping by to be social. She said it was likely but she didn't know. If anyone knows of a better security company out here, please let me know. I have been dealing with this nonsense for over three years.
