Unkept and dangerous The course is in horrible shape many of…read morethe steps are broken, rotted and dangerous. The turf is in horrible shape and the ball often rolls bad. The wooden fences are full of holes that eat your ball. Many of the tubes are clogged and eat your ball. Many of the bricks around the turf have been replaced badly. None of the water features were on and they didn't even turn on the lights when it got dark and we had to traverse the course in the dark to get them to do so which is dangerous with all the steps and wood being messed up overall a terrible experience. This place should be shut down or ungo serious refurbishment and better management.

Which doesn't mean we necessarily played a good round of golf. Lol. This is a beautiful golf course with lots of challenging holes. Bunkers, water hazards, trees, and nice long fairways, which all makes for a non boring round. The condition of the fairways and greens was very good. From the pro shop to the starter, everyone who was working was very pleasant to talk to and helpful getting our clubs from car to cart and onto the first tee. My league will be playing the Boyne courses this summer and I'm looking forward to more golf here!
