Once all the power and heat was turned on, Jay went above and beyond going through all the parts of the house. The thing that really stood out though was that Jay was straightforward and honest in his assessment. I work on a lot of houses, so all the figures he gave for estimates were pretty much in line with what I would expect. Not too high, like he was selling me on a repair I didn't need. But also not underselling the cost of what needed to get done. To me, there's nothing more valuable then getting accurate information. Don't try and overinflate or udnerflate what costs will be. I never left negative feedback about these incidents, but finally and most recently, I found important information missing from the original inspection report that was needed for an essential maintenance, spurring this late feedback.
