They respect your time and your home-from taking off their shoes as they walked around getting their measurements, to the installers who cleaned up after they were done. Ian and dad, Robert, were quick to respond to any issues or concerns I may have had. They even went a step further. When the windows came in from the factory, they had to be up to Ian's tough standards. Well, March came and went and no Johnny's once again. We have been calling this company several times a week for the last three weeks leaving message upon message and no response. No text no call back no nothing. So at this point we're out of $500 and still don't have a contractor to do the work if I could leave a zero star review, that's what I would leave. It's a disgrace to rip people off and act as if they don't even exist. I pray that you're laughing when karma comes back on you because trust me one day it will.
