I'm giving Top Dog Daycare & Boarding a shout out for taking such great care of our dogs while we were on vacation. They were able to enjoy playing with other dogs during the day and the staff is caring. When we aren't boarding with Top Dog, Bogey & Chloe go to doggie daycare at Top Dog a couple times a week, they get so excited on the mornings, when we tell them their going to see their friends. Top Dog Daycare is the only daycare/boarding facility that we use. The staff and owners truly care about the dogs and its evident in the excitement that I see from my dog, the moment we turn into the parking lot. Scheduling is seamless with their online program and their daycare hours (weekday 7am-7pm) are fantastic and allow for maximum play and energy release. For those extra crazy (me) dog moms and dads, they have a webcam that I can log into during the day, to see your pup playing. The best part about Top Dog is that they don't "nickel and dime" like other boarding facilities. They want you to bring your own food and don't charge you to feed it to your dog. Medicine? No problem - the staff is happy to administer it. As a bonus, their boarding packages includes daycare, which lets me be away stress free, knowing that my dog isn't cooped up in a cage all day. He will play from 7am-7pm, with in/out privileges (without added cost) before he is taken to a kennel for the night. All in all - we love this place and drive out of our way to take our pup there. He appreciates it and we appreciate that he isn't cooped up all day and night because of our busy schedules. read more

We take our dog to Top Dog at least once a week for daycare, and we've boarded her there as well. Boarding is especially good because dogs get to interact at daycare unlike your usual kennels. We are glad that there's a set schedule for dog activities (group play, nap time, 1:1 attention with the staff.). The web cameras are also great, letting us see how our dog is getting along with all the other dogs. Staff know and treat each dog like they're part of their family. They even work on behavioral issues if requested. Unlike a number of dog daycares, the facility smells clean. Our dog is eager to get inside to play with the staff and her doggie friends, and she's always well rested when we go to get her. We will continue to use Top Dog. It's much better than all the others we've tried. read more

We've been taking our Airedale Terrier, Crosby, to Top Dog since Labor Day 2014. We have been very happy with the facility and the warm, caring staff ever since. A couple of weeks ago, Top Dog was purchased by Liz and Tim. I never had the chance to meet the prior owners, but I'm sure they were nice because every one of the staff is so great. But I must say that Liz and Tim take the friendliness and hospitality to another level. Both are warm, welcoming, and engaging. And it's very apparent that they're both serious dog lovers! I feel even more confident that Crosby is being well-taken care of now! By the way, Top Dog has video cams in each of the facility's rooms that are accessible via Top Dog's website. It's a lot of fun, as well as comforting, to be able to watch your dog run, cavort, and play with the other dogs and the wonderful staff members. I highly recommend Top Dog! read more

We were pretty disappointed with our experience at Top Dog. After reading lots of positive reviews we decided to take our 1.5 year old here. Not even 30 minutes in to the 6 hour "minimum" introduction day we were called to come pick him up. We were told our dog wants to "play too much" and is a little too excited. Our goal in daycare was to help him burn off energy and socialize and he wasn't given much of a chance. read more

Fantastic place! My friend recommends this day care to us and basically two reasons let us decided to go with them. 1. This day care provides webcam so you can monitor your dogs every move. 2. Unlike the other day care, dogs are not crated during the day. They can play as long as they want all day. That's the best part. To us, it's tailored for our 1 year old high energy lab. Every time I picked her up she would fall sleep right away on the way back to home. I know this place doesn't have the fancy decorations as the others, but it's definitely the best choice for your dog. Just imagine unlimited play time and can be dogs all day long. This is the best daycare I have taken my 1 year old boxer to! She has been to over 4 different ones ever since she was 6 months old. I love the ability to watch her play on the webcam so I can check in on her during the day. She always comes home tired and happy. Pricing is well worth it. I don't have a dog, but I know the owners and have worked there in the past to get the place open and running. The comments about the staff really caring is absolutely true. Suzan, the owner, knows more about dogs than I think many other daycare owners have even forgotten. This is a calling for her as much as a business. This is a great value for your doggie dollar. They have a web site where you can go to watch the webcam view of the doggie playroom. It's amazing how they all get along. I've known of people telling about how their hyper-active puppy would come home content and settle down for a rest! That give new meaning to the word "peace"! read more

We absolutely love Top Dog! Our dog, Marvin, has been going once a week for the last 2 years to get his energy out and comes home completely tired out - something we can't seem to achieve no matter far we walk him. The best part about Top Dog is the dogs get to play with each other the entire day, not like other places where the dogs are left in cages and only out for the occasional walk or potty break. We have also boarded Marvin at Top Dog and we know he is happy and in good hands - on a vacation just like us. The staff are all super friendly and we trust them to take care of our pup. I love Top Dog! My dog is clearly very happy to see the staff who work there, which gives me no end of peace during my busy days. In addition to being great with the dogs, Amanda, Tabitha, Jenny, and Mandy are also really wonderful with customer service. They greet me happily in the morning and evening and always give me updates on how my dog did during her day. I also use Top Dog for boarding. Sushi (my dog) always seems happy and relaxed when I pick her up and is never hesitant to return to day care after a stay - which tells me she feels relaxed and comfortable at Top Dog. I love that they have webcams so that I can log in and check in on Sushi if I'm away and missing her. We are so thankful for Top Dog! Here's why we love this place: the staff know all the dogs by name and really seem to think of them as family. These are dog people, folks! Our chocolate lab loves his time there, and we feel completely comfortable dropping him off for either daycare or boarding. He was a puppy when we started bringing him to Top Dog, and he was one active and exuberant boy! Not only did they understand his energy, but they also had their behavior specialist/trainer work with him as part of the daily fee and gave us some suggestions (after complimenting is on the the work we'd done already)! He always comes home happy and exhausted. Having the dog camera is an added benefit. With the new owners, some welcome updates are being done to the facility. We recommend Top Dog to anyone looking for a place for their beloved four-footer to spend some time away from home. read more
