Then I went to another dentist and they suggested an expensive, invasive procedure. I was starting to think I'd never get it resolved until I went to Sequoia Valley Dental Group. Dr. Kim took the time to actually listen to me. He didn't rush through the appointment or dismiss my concerns like I'd experienced before. He did a thorough examination, took some additional X-rays, and explained exactly what was happening with my tooth and why I was feeling the sensitivity. Rather than jumping straight to something drastic, Dr. Kim suggested a less invasive option to address the issue--and it worked! For the first time in months, I can eat on that side without discomfort. What I appreciated most was the transparency and the genuine care the entire team showed. Dental visits can sometimes feel transactional, but here, it felt like they truly cared about my long-term health, well-being, and really treated me like family. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and professional. The office is very clean and calm, and they took great care in making me feel safe and comfortable throughout my visit. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and his team. Sequoia Valley Dental Group definitely sets the bar high.

(I hate outdated and dingy looking medical offices. The office is pretty booked far out (popular!) for routine checkups, but the appointments so far have all been on time and efficient which I appreciate.
