These guys actually fucking suck. Do not go here at all, they literally had me numbed and everything on the chair only to tell me my insurance wouldn't cover things. Not only that, but the employees are constantly arguing with each other which is pretty unprofessional when trying to treat a patient. where to start with this place, I was in last week with my child he left in tears because the guy in the back was so rough with him while taking X-rays (the guy seem very tired like he had a long night and mad to be there),the front office gal was very unprofessional very messy desk snacks and crumbs everywhere the whole time I was there she was talking to the customers about her personal life instead of answering the phone. I will say the lady that did the cleaning was very good. The lobby smelled like marijuana not sure if it was a customer or the employee. I noticed the back of my daughter's teeth had redish orangish stains. It scared me so I decided to take action. I took her to sweet smiles. The dentist told me that she needed caps put on, he also said that that was moderate decay. Since she is only 2, she has to be two and a half to put the cap on so we had to wait. It turns out they were just that only stains there was no decay and her teeth are back to white. I'm sure glad I didn't put the caps on her, thank God. I'm surprised he didn't know the difference between stains and decay. read more

I was very disappointed with the service I received my very first time taking my daughters to Sweet Smiles. Let me tell you, no one had a SMILE and not only that, the dentist didn't even bother to introduce himself. I guess he wasn't expecting us to go back. At lease that's the feeling I got. He also didn't look like he knew what he was doing or happy at all and the room did not look clean. When I called I told them they needed fillings and I didn't want them getting xray again. I took a copy of the xrays and a note saying what treatment needed to get done. All they did was Xrays their teeth again and according to him no treatment was needed. The only reason I went there was because there regular provider is too busy and appointments are 3 months out. I needed their treatments done asap so they can get braces. I was willing to change dentist but after meeting him never again. I should of just waited. read more

As others have noted... We just had a similar experience, the lady who claims the title of office manager or some other higher management that works with the kids is very unprofessional. To the level that I wouldn't trust her handling kids let alone in a setting where she would work with adults. Her attitude, language and tone is horrible from a adult standpoint an for kids would be absolutely terrifying. The moment I heard the way she was talking to a young boy having work done when he would claim he was hurting or would cry by saying "Your fine, it doesn't hurt" or "your just being dramatic" or "you need to stop moving right now, your making my job dangerous" I knew there was gonna be a issue the moment she tried a aggressive tone and language with my children (3 and 12 years old) and sure enough there was. The lady refused to give her name but claimed she was the superior at the office and completely defended her attitude an lack of customer service skills in a loud aggressive tone in the waiting area while other patients were sitting waiting. I wouldn't recommend for anyone to go to this dentist as long as she and the dentist (not Dr. Patel) is employed. They are the finest example as to why children would be afraid of dentist offices plus some. read more

Terrible dentist. From the moment I walked through the door, I had informed the dentist I had been experiencing excruciating pain since the evening before. Instead of being proactive about my situation, he decided to take x-rays, charge me $26.00, and ask me to come back on Monday. Are you kidding me? Terrible experience, will never go back, will never refer anyone to this place. 1 stars because the waiting room is tiny. The office looks dirty. The people working there don't seem to care much about you. I don't have a single decent thing to say about sweet smiles. you do receive fast service, but most of the time they don't do nothing for you. My son got the run around for almost a year for a filing but continued giving him x-rays for no reason and kept making excuses why he couldn't do it. I understand that my son having Braces maybe made things a little difficult, but when we got referred to another dentist, he did the job in 10 minutes. After all of this they sure didn't mind charging my insurance a numerous amount of times, when sometimes the dentist never even seen him. I decided to give it a try because other reviews seemed promising. 2 stars because my wait wasn't long after my appointment time but that's the only plus. The waiting room is tiny. The office looks dirty. The people working there don't seem to care much about you. I don't have a single decent tooth left in my mouth and I wanted to look into dentures. I have never done drugs in my life and I don't drink alcohol but my teeth make me look like a meth head. My insurance doesn't cover root canals or crowns but they cover dentures so that's what I wanted to do. The dentist refused dentures and tried to get me to sign up for care credit. I'm not taking out a credit account to pay for a service I don't want done. He said I'm too young even though I'm almost 30. Ridiculous. No antibiotics and the visit lasted 3 minutes because I refused to run my credit. Finding a new office that will take my insurance and do what I want read more

If I could rate this zero stars I would, but unfortunately I have to rate this ONE STAR for the horrible staff and experience I endured during my visit today. Earlier this week, I had made an appointment for my daughter. My appointment was at 4:30 and I arrived earlier than usual at around 3:30. Now I get that there is a usual wait time of 30 minutes to an hour, as I have had occurrences before where they've made me wait 30 minutes to an hour in order for them to get me in, which in a sense I didn't mind. However, my first appointment they had my daughter and I waiting for almost THREE HOURS for a what a 5 minute check up. My daughter wasn't looked at until around 6:00. When I arrived there was no one there and yet I was the last one to leave. Today, I decided to give them another opportunity and took my daughter, who I previously took, and my older daughter. My appointment was at 11:00 o'clock. My daughter arrived at 11:05, to be exact, to which she found the receptionist talking on the phone. My daughter wasn't helped till 11:10. She checked both her self and her sister in, signed some paper work. My other daughter and I were pulling up which was at 11:17, which then the dental assistant told me they would't be able to do the work on my youngest daughter cause she was late and according to them they have a 15 minute policy in which if the patient doesn't show up they won't accept her, which was never brought to my attention and I was never told of. As I started arguing with one of the dental assistants I brought up the THREE HOUR WAIT TIME, from the last visit and how this is basically bull for not accepting her today, and her response was ' we have to follow a schedule,' but where was the 'schedule' they so claim to be complying with, when they had me waiting almost THREE HOURS? Overall the dental assistant was incredibly impudent, but not only her the dentist had the nerve to put his two sense in and made a bad-mannered remark to us. If you can, try to steer clear of this place, the dental assistant and dentist themselves are unbelievably discourteous. read more
