I would give them zero stars if I could...but this is by far the worst customer services I've gotten..they denied services and when I tried to make a complaint..Frances the female in the front refused to give me the bosses number and email..she gave me a fake email idk what her problem Is but she made my little sister go through depression again.people bullied her..we have people commiting suicide because people are mean...Frances is defending a rude dentist and even denied me info to make a complaint...frances the the lady in front said she was in charge when I tried making a complaint.. because she said the female dentist didn't feel comfortable giving services to her....idk about u guys why would you let your child get denied service and get put down by the dentist children do not deserve this kind of treatment..do not come here..WORST SERVICE EVER! read more

Let me start by thanking the dentist. I've been to 3 different dentists in town and I'll say that this is the best dentist I have found in over 25 years I've lived in town. As a result of 3 previous bad experiences I'm terrified of the dentist, but luckily they have laughing gas and even sedation which unfortunately I needed. This is a great dentist who really cares about all patients that come in regardless of whether they have insurance or not. The staff is friendly! The only thing is they are so busy some times and some times you do have to wait, but that is true for any good restaurant or business so I'm ok with that. The treatment they do is great work and the dentist is very gentle. I'm definitely going to be a lifelong patient. read more

I needed 2 wisdom teeth extracted. I was really dreading the day. I had done an extraction from another surgeon previously and it had been terrible. I came prepared for the worst, but it turned out to be just great. The doctor is friendly calm and not alarmist. The place is not super nice, but very clean and very well equipped. The staff is very nice too. I felt no pain during the surgery, there was almost NO swelling or pain after. I recovered in a week or so, much much faster than my previous experience. It was a very pleasant surprise, I would happily recommend this doctor to everyone. The best part - it was very reasonably priced compared to what other surgeons were asking. read more

the staff is really awesome here. The girls who work here are dedicated to dental and making sure I felt safe and secure when I arrived. I got some treatment here from the doctor and it was very high quality treatment. They have good dental care here and their prices were very reasonable for whitening and deep cleaning. I would definitely go back in the future. Some tips: try to get an early morning appt when it isnt that busy. Don't bother shopping around in town. they have very reasonable prices. Do ask for a 9am or 2pm appts. they are least busy then. read more

I wouldn't have thought i would be writing a 5 star.review bc usually I am too busy to go on the web and make a post...however i have to say the doctor and the dental assistants are amazing with kids. My daughter hit and cracked her tooth. My wife cried. I immediately called the dental office and they got her in the next morning. The doctor fixed her tooth and my daughter didn't even cry after all the trauma she have. Thanks! !! Ill be taking my 2nd born there too. I went to Sweet Smiles today opening day and I'm glad to see that the old office is open once again. My kids went here a few years back when the older Dr. do owned it. I'm excited to see a new dr. here and he was very sweet. no pun intended! When my kids arrived he was funny and humourous. The office is really cozy and they have all the latest technology. actually more tech. than I've ever seen in a dental office. Everything was digital there. The staff was really friendly and sweet. Everyone is so friendly and the front office lady always follows up with you without being reminded. Excellent location and very convienient off the main street in town- they are open early some days and on weekends too. Only issue is that they could not see all children types there. However for adults treatment was not problem at all - and procedure was done quickly. Some difficult and long procedures cannot be done there and must go to specialist to have the treatment performed. Recommend review this over time read more

I just had an appointment for a check up of my teeth. I only paid $40 dollar for exam and x-ray, which is much cheaper than the other offices in town. The Doctor was very professional and did careful examination of my teeth. I had been told before at another office that I had caries on at least 5. During a visit for a cleaning with Neilesh two years ago, he suddenly came up with a cavity (I'm almost 30 and never had one before or since visiting him) and need for a sleep guard once he learned I needed sign off on paperwork for my job overseas. He understands insurance fraud and how to work the system. Don't visit him if you want an honest consultation. read more

My mom went to this practice last week and she recommended I go here. What a great place; the doctor actually answers his own phones when they are closed. . I called 5 other dentists in town and I got answering machine. He was the only one that answered. . talk about caring about your patients. Great office. I needed a molar taken out and there was no pain! The staff took me in without any fuss and I was given the opportunity to actually talk to the doctor and ask ALL of my questions which was a first. Finally... no pain dentistry in Porterville! Dentist was very professional and helped me. They allowed me to pay in two parts and I couldn't afford it. He was very gracious and helpful and allowed me to still get my treatment.
