His skill is terrible also. I had to tell him to stop working on me because he was leaning hard on my face/jaw and scraping his dental utensils across my face. He also numbed my throat so deeply, I lost my ability to swallow and started choking. I have never told a dentist to "stop!" I got up without finishing because his bedside manner was disgusting.

I was referred out for a root canal and other than a cleaning was told there were no other issues, smirking away the whole time. I asked questions, trying to get to the bottom of their childish behavior, but got nowhere. I visited another dentist 3 days later, the pain was unbearable. This dentist located several cavities, ones that Herrera denied that I had. I was given antibiotics for infection and pain killers and told that I needed a root canal as well. Wouldn't you know the pain went away as the infection cleared. Oh, and I never got my referral from Dr. Herrera's office. In short, the dentist doesn't practice dentistry and the childish office staff is the most unprofessional I have ever experienced. Go to a real dentist.

And she isn't a crybaby she got all her shots without even a blink no crying , no anxiety nothing , and she wasn't afraid to go to the doctors or dentist , well all of that is changed forever after what she went through at the hands of this dentist.
