My concern is Dr. Melissa Rodriquez did not even stretch my back even with a request and I told her it has been the way the other doctor does it and can she please do it. She said she is a doctor she does not over do it. I asked her if the other doctors are overdoing it. She said she does not know but thats her protocol. Dr. G is the best!…read more I've been meaning to look for a chiropractor due to my back and poor posture. I had a thorough exam with Dr. G and he was very precise and to the point. During the X-ray, he told me I had mild scoliosis which I never knew. The thing I appreciate about Dr. G is that he'll do the adjustments a little bit each time. I can't imagine going through all those cracks and manipulation like the videos on social media. There's also a therapy room in the back for ice/heat treatment as well as a roller table. But I called today (Friday 4/24 at 3pm), and the receptionist was incredibly rude. I asked if I could make an appointment and gave her my name. She said, "you haven't been here in a while, you'd need to make a new patient appt... and I'm not sure we take your insurance anymore anyway." I asked why I would need to do a new patient appointment (which includes X-rays and is more expensive), and she responded, "uh you haven't been here since 2024." I then asked if that was a policy because I don't remember being told that, and she said, "uh no but it's been 2 years and I don't even know if we take your insurance anymore." So I said okay, can you check if you still take my insurance and I'll make an appointment for a later time. Her response: "the person that checks insurance isn't here but I can take a note." The attitude throughout the entire call was rude and unprofessional. I would understand if this was clearly explained as a policy, but that wasn't the case. I just wanted to come in for an adjustment, but after this interaction, I won't be back.

There have also been occasions where I was told I would receive a callback to confirm whether the an appt was available but I never received one. I always have to keep calling I genuinely value Dr. Soria and Renée's care, and I hope the office can improve front desk service because the treatment itself is excellent.
