This place is an absolute joke. Some guy walked in wearing a t-shirt and pants, no lab coat, didn't address who he was and was an absolute tool. He told me I couldn't go to my regular doctor for a second opinion. He walked out when I was in mid sentence. Absolutely unprofessional and I will be calling the board. So I found this place on Yelp I usually go to urgent care in Fullerton but I decided to go to this one because of the Great reviews. I had been scratched severely and bitten by a feral cat so I had to go into the Urgent Care did a pain and I was treated with exceptional care I was treated with kindness it was clean they were thorough I actually had an incident of passing out while I had the antibiotic shot which never happened before and they took immense care of me I highly suggest this place. read more

I brought my son in as he got injured. Joey in the front was quick to check us in, Alfred took us back and shot my sons xray. Dr Devaraj was very nice and helped explained what type of ligament sprain he had. Very quick and helpful. I was looking for an urgent care close to my house and was hoping the one that I went to on Katella and Knott a couple years ago was still there and would take my insurance. I went to my doctor first and he said the uti test came back negative. He put me on antibiotics for two weeks which did no good. He referred me to a gynecologist and a urologist which I could not get in until August. I decided my best bet is to go to urgent care. I can't say enough good things about Dustin and the staff. I waited about five minutes and got right in and even though I was looking for a female doctor I decided to just go here because I was tired of having cramps. Dustin made me feel so comfortable and he ran a bunch of tests. One of the test he ran showed that I had a UTI. Bacteria. He was so professional kind and understanding and had the best bedside manner. I think I've ever seen in a doctor. The whole staff was fantastic. He has called me two days in a row to give me results of the tests and everything was negative, except the UTI. Bacteria. They called me again today to give me the results of a couple other tests that he took and they were negative. Also it is so nice to actually have such great care to make you feel so comfortable. I recommend Dustin and this urgent care to anyone who needs help and comfortable setting. He called in a prescription for antibiotics and pills for a yeast infection in case I get it from the antibiotics. This location is definitely the best one and the best doctors and staff to go to for our health. read more

Felt incredibly sick and came in at 8:45 am on a Friday morning to get checked out. They actually got me in at my appointment time (shocker) as most urgent cares have long waits. Araceli in the front was wonderful and the provider gave me some great tips to help take care of my infection HOWEVER, I do not recommend you go here unless you want to be robbed of 200.00. I gave them my insurance card which is valid and I know they take blue shield because I've been here on more than one occasion. When I called to ask why I was being charged this absurd amount the woman who answered the phone said that when they checked, I was not insured. So now I am stuck on the phone for the last hour with my insurance company and they are telling me I am insured and are not sure why they told me that. I am furious- what a waste of my time simply because they did not do their due diligence. Go somewhere they won't steal your hard earned money. read more

I have been dealing with dizziness for about 3 weeks went to another urgent care on Tuesday, I mentioned that maybe it was an ear thing since I've dealt with impacted ear wax before. The other urgent care told me "your ears look great!" And sent me on my way. I was very frustrated so decided to get a second opinion. I came here today and I got the best care. Dustin the doctor told me my right ear was very impacted and needed to be flushed (I figured). Charles and Dustin were amazing. I deal with a lot of anxiety and they were both very kind and gentle. Fast easy and the people here love their job. I didn't have insurance and the visit cost was $100 and then I got a strep throat test and got 2 medications from there and my total cost came out to $130. Which is something I would gladly pay over thousands of dollars to go to the emergency room. read more

If you value your health and life don't go to this urgent care. Patient went in with chest pain and "Joey" at the front desk asked him some questions and the patient said he has been under stress at work and life and "Joey" proceeds to tell him he can either file a workman's comp claim or leave and go to the ER. Patient was turned away from getting services without having vitals taken or seeing an actual medical assistant, nurse or doctor. Joey kept insisting that stress from a job falls under workman's comp and refused service. Joey is a liability to the medical profession and needs to be trained how to properly check in patients and let the doctor determine if a patient needs to go to the ER. Also, if you are a human, you can have stress and it is not always workman's comp. FYI Joey, workman's comp can only be used for job stress if a diagnosable condition, such as PTSD or depression and it is confirmed that it is a work-related factor that is the predominant cause, and you are not a doctor to diagnose the patient. read more

I got covid a couple weeks ago, and clineva urgent care was the closest one to me so I decided to come in. The front desk worker Agnes helped check me in and set up my visit. She was extremely nice and friendly, and made my first time there super smooth. The doctor was able to see me within 10-15 minutes, and care they provided was fast and helpful. I got the medicine they prescribed and started to feel much better just the next day. They have a bunch of locations in Orange County, so would definitely recommend coming here! read more
