I was looking to purchase a tire because I thought the screwdriver went through the sidewall. Hummel did not have my tire in stock but said come on down and let us look at your repair. Once I arrived they said the damage was still in the tread area and not the sidewall. They removed the tire and inspected the damage, repaired the damage and put my tire back on my truck and put my spare under my truck bed. When everything was said and done about 20 minute had past, and the best thing was there was no charge. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs tires or service. they are extremely knowledgeable and fair.

Beyond the service, I had a great chat with the owners about their father from Iowa (where I'm from), and the whole interaction turned a near-crisis into a warm memory of our trip. They help customers on a first-come, first served basis. I parked, walked into their office and explained my situation. Had a very experienced tire shop inspect and found nothing. Had front tires rebalanced at a Big O shop with no change.
