They help customers on a first-come, first served basis. I parked, walked into their office and explained my situation. This makes it a whole lot easier to remove lug bolts in future. -Having purchased a vehicle locally I eventually took it in to have a leak repaired. No charge since tires were purchased there (even though not by me). I left a good tip! -Noticed a slight front end vibration on a trip in motorhome. Had a very experienced tire shop inspect and found nothing. Had front tires rebalanced at a Big O shop with no change. When back home went to Redway Tire who quickly determined front tires needed replacement. Problem solved! -Redway Tire accepts discarded tires at no charge picked up by volunteer group that collects roadside litter.
