FANTASTIC! I had two blowouts on my travel trailer on the other side of the pass. I rolled in here with my tires just before closing and they were slammed! They absolutely took care of me..and in short order. I can't say enough about these guys! I stopped back by on my way home and had them replace my other two trailer tires!! To top it off one of the employees sons noticed that one of my truck tires looked a touch low also. Sure enough that tire had a mail! Life savers!!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!!!! read more

I would never recommend Trinity Tire to anyone. They are unprofessional, combative, and unethical, and price gouging. As a single mother I found their behavior belittling and dishonest. One of my tires was damaged and it had to be towed into the shop. I asked them to park my truck inside their shop. It took several days for my tire to arrive. I went in to pick up my vehicle and noticed immediately the mirror was smashed on the passenger side as well as a dent in the door, before I even walked in their shop. A spoke with the manager and asked him if he knew what might have happened. He was immediately extremely defensive and combative, which I found unusual. I asked him where my car was parked and he stated that it had been inside the shop every night when they closed. I informed him that there was no previous damage to the mirror or side door. I noticed something which I thought was dirt and when I touched it the paint chipped off and I saw that it was dented and damaged. My neighbor and I had walked around my truck for the better part of 3 hours trying to inflate my tire and put on the spare. Therefore, I find it unlikely that two people didn't notice the damage as the shop owner later tried to blame my inability to notice the damage. Throughout the whole process they merely pointed the finger at me and accepted no responsibility nor apologized that my car was damaged in their care. My 2 month old battery was also dead due to them leaving the key on all night. The manager said, 'what's your deal?' He was extremely confrontational, very angry, and I was taken aback by his behavior. He clearly has trouble controlling his anger and emotions and seems to like bullying women. He denied that it had occurred at his shop, despite it being in his possession only. It takes a while for a battery to completely die. I went back inside and asked him when they pulled my vehicle out into the parking lot. He said, at 8:30 that morning. He blamed me for the battery being dead! I arrived at the shop sometime between 9:30 or 10 AM. Now, anyone knows that a battery won't die down in a matter of 1-1.5 hours, especially a new one. So I knew he was not being honest. Furthermore, I had some items in the back of the truck that were soaked, indicating it had been left outside. Our complete interaction was negative and he was blaming me for everything in a very hostile manner. I showed the pictures to a Highway patrol friend of mine who stated the damage was consistent with a collision. Likely, while moving it out of their very narrow bays. I believe it happened at Trinity tire shop. They tried to put the blame anywhere else. But, since I left his shop, I drove home and did not drive again until I came to his facility again to show the damage. I don't leave my home very often as I have only 1 day off. They tried to blame the tow truck driver which is unlikely. It was a huge multi car hauler with automatic tracks and lift, they are specifically designed to load vehicles without man power to reduce damage to vehicles. Furthermore, there was no evidence, parts, plastic, or anything in the area where the truck was parked at my house indicating that the damage was not done there. When I spoke with the owner, Ian, he stated that he has been working with the manager for 8 years. He stated that I was not telling him anything new about the manager's behavior as he has had similar reports over the years. Over the course of 2 weeks in trying to get them to hold themselves accountable I met with resistance. When the owner couldn't convince me that I was in the wrong, he changed tactics and stories several times. The stories utterly contradicted each other. I have never seen so much verbal tap dancing and switching stories in my life. I wondered how they can stay in business with this type of lack of accountability, hostile intersection, and lack of integrity. Then I realized that he has the only tire shop in town and can behave as badly as he likes. In a small and isolated community like this, he basically holds the community hostage as there is no other option for several hours. He also gouged me in the price of the tire as I had paid $160 per tire at the shop where I moved from and he charged me $225 for the exact same tire. I had all new tires on my truck 2 months prior. I was not impressed with their lack of integrity, honesty, and refusal to hold themselves accountable for damage that occurred at his shop. I know accidents happen, but the manner in which they handled everything was utterly unprofessional and confrontational. If you value your vehicle and don't want to deal with unprofessional and hostile behavior, go through another shop even if you have to wait a little while for the tire to arrive. Or better yet, order tires off Amazon cheaper, have them delivered and just pay for anyone but Trinity Tire to install them. read more

Mixed feelings from my experience with Trinity Tire in Weaverville. While I appreciate that they were able to perform the work the same afternoon, I feel like we were overcharged for the service. The radiator in our 1998 Honda Accord popped on our way to Sacramento. Triple A towed us to Trinity Tire and they were able to take a look at the car within an hour of our arrival. They had the correct radiator and informed us that it would take 2.6 hours to do the repair. They weren't sure if they would be able to finish by the time they closed at 5 (it was 2:30) but they would try, and call us when they were done. We were anxious to get back on the road so returned at 4:30 to see how it was going. The car was done, comfortably resting in the shade. We were both very frustrated that they hadn't called us as soon as the job was done. In addition to this we were informed that although the work took less than 2 hours to perform we would still have to pay for 2.6 hours of labor because that's what it says in the book. Out of curiosity I called the local Napa Auto Parts to see what a radiator for our car would cost and they told me it would be 95 dollars. From Trinity it was 166 dollars, a 75% markup. Which brings our radiator repair to a grand total of 452 dollars. So, while we were pleased with the work and the expediency with which it was performed, we also left feeling as though they took advantage of our situation. read more

We had a tire blow out on a trailer. Went to the first tire shop we saw in Weaverville. The desk guy was very uninterested in helping. said he couldn't get a trailer tire for four days and didn't have time to put it on. I told him i have the wheel off, just looking to put the tire on. Nope. didn't have time. I went to the trinity tire factory and they had a tire (actually two because I also bought a new spare and got a new rim as well and he literally pulled a guy off what he was doing and had me done in 190 minutes. Amazing. More that i would have ever expected and I didn't. We had expected to dink around assuming it would be an hour or more.I have never had better service and he had a great attitude and said he would do whatever he could and he did. The guys helped squeeze me in on vacation with the family when I had an overheating problem. Bad news was delivered empathetically and they even let me drop my trailer as I swapped it vehicles with about a three hour turn around.the guys were straight shooters and went above and beyond to be helpful read more

The entire crew at the Tire Factory are great!! They accommodate whenever possible, squeeze people in when an emergency arises, and always make me feel welcome. For out-of-towners complaining about not getting served 10 minutes prior to closing or during lunch, please remember these men have families. I appreciate that their boss protects their time off and respects closing time. In a small town, it would be so easy to get caught up in repairs every single evening and during all lunchtimes. While breakdowns are very inconvenient, it is essential to honor the people who live and work here to make our lives easier. Kudos to the whole crew!! read more

We recently were traveling with our camper and started hearing a noise in our truck and couldn't decide if it was a tire problem or where it was coming from. We stopped in at Trinity Tire Center, they determined it was our U joints that needed replacing and said they could fix it that day to come back in 1 hr. We returned and we were back on our way in less than 1 hr. The price was fantastic and the problem was solved! They were great to deal with and appreciate their flexibility in getting us in and not trying to take advantage of us. I would highly recommend this tire center!! read more

My truck broke down about 20 miles west of here. The tow truck driver said they have a diesel mechanic there we had a travel trailer too so when tow truck driver was parking trailer I saw 3 people just watching us oh and it was 10 to 5 pm well when we got trailer park and he was going to unload my truck the workers didnt even come see if they could help they just locked up and left us there. We rented 18 inner tubes to go down the river summer 2013. The guys who work here have amazing customer service. We go to Weaverville every summer and have rented tubes from other venders in the area. When we rented from other venders, some of the tube lost their air before we finished our float. The guys helped load the tubes on our trucks lent us tie downs and even took pictures for us. The service was quick, restrooms clean, and guys very polite. We will be going back here next summer for our tubes. read more
