I came out of my first session with a whole new respect for those who practice Pilates on a regular basis. I was a little sore, but not in a bad way. Different muscles. After 48 hours I wondered what I had voluntarily decided to do. After 3 months, I am hooked. I feel the difference in general, but no longer have the aches and soreness after walking 18 or getting out of bed. I am usually the only guy in the class, and have never felt uncomfortable. I have experienced several instructors and each were good in their own way. Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as they guided me through the first few weeks. I schedule my sessions with Sydney (Monday) and Brynna (Thursday) Whether intentional or not, they complement each other's workouts. 3 months in, and I can tell a dramatic difference in my overall fitness.

The Bad: Do not get the picture package!! The picture is taken at a standing platform after one of the zip lines, not an action shot!! The Ugly: It felt a little sketchy going down the barren hallway. It was a 5 min walk that felt like you were going through an industrial hallway and it just felt out of place to keep going if the signs were not there. On to my next adventure....
