It required follow up the next day for a more permanent fix but Roto Rooter quoted us so much that my husband decided to call Tunnell again to see if they could squeeze us in the next day. They could and quoted us literally less than 1/4 of the price that Roto Rooter quoted us for hydro jetting. Upon arrival, Seth took a look and said we actually don't need hydro jetting and he could get the job done even cheaper with his chain. He did it quickly and efficiently. It's seriously so rare to find such an honest business these days and Tunnell goes above and beyond. Unbeknownst to Seth, my husband and I had just suffered a devastating loss of a loved one that weekend and the plumbing issue was just the cherry on top of a horrible chain of events. But Seth eased our worries and fixed our problem so that we had one less thing to worry about.

Now with the price he gave us it was pretty reasonable . So we decided on having him do the repair . Now the repair took almost a week . He must have been really busy because we called him to come back but he sometimes never returned our messages . He had to put in a new pipe under ground and put in new Cement , But Overall he got the job done .
