Adan was rude, nasty, disrespectful, not a licensed plumber, incompetent, who refused to provide his license. As an act of abhorrent vengeful behavior or simply stupidity, he broke the pipes of dishwasher, kitchen faucet connecting to the garbage disposal only a year old. It caused flooding. The sink couldn't be used. He was strictly instructed not to remove or damage the garbage disposal yet due to his low I.Q. and arrogance, he broke the pipes, garbage disposal and left cursing making disparaging comments. Did what I thought was a quick DIY project, which led to a leak. Called DQ and they came out same day to fix. Turns out I used an old farrel for the washing machine bib. While they were out they also installed a p trap that I had bought the parts for. They were prompt and courteous, and only charged me $90 for the work they did, which was very reasonable. We just bought our first house about two months ago and there was so much work to be done. We've been living in apartments for years so I am new to the whole "finding a repairman" situation. We had some minor plumbing issues ( leaking bathtub spout and no waterline for the water/ice dispenser fridge) that I was thinking we could take care of ourselves, but with everything else we had to do I decided to ask around for references. David was actually referred to me by my daycare lady and I'm glad she did. David was quick to respond and was able to come by to look the issue the next day. He was very friendly, answered all my questions, and his prices were reasonable (for me this was key since we are already spending a lot fixing up the rest of the house). I was referred to DQ Plumbing by our neighbors who are very hard to satisfy. I wanted to replace a large sink in one bathroom and since we had tile installed on the counter top, I was very concerned about any damage that might occur since the tile was old and probably hard to find and I expressed this concern to David. He was very meticulous when removing the grout so as not to damage any of the tile. He thoroughly cleaned the area where the old sink had been, installed a new faucet set, and placed the new sink in the cutout. Through all the procedures, he kept me informed as to what he was doing and asked my opinion. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the quality of his work and his price.
