Our AC was turning on but barely pushing any air, (had gradually been this way for a year) and instead of jumping straight to an expensive fix, they walked us through multiple options. One of the solutions they recommended was applying a sealant to address potential leaks. They were upfront that it wasn't a guaranteed fix, but based on their assessment, it was the most likely issue. We appreciated the honesty and transparency. In the end, it worked, and our AC is running much better. Overall, they were knowledgeable, fair, and genuinely seemed to care about finding the right solution rather than just the most expensive one. Would definitely recommend.

Customer service is very good from this company- Will listened to my concerns and then showed me where the service call disclaimer/pricing is. Yes, it's there...on the last page before you confirm your booking. As someone who builds websites, whoever built this site didn't look at how everything looks on ALL devices. The font is small and when you confirm your booking, you really can't tell what you're agreeing to. With that said, Will refunded the service fee and we both agree how important transparency is. My two star review is now simply based on the price of their service, not for the customer service. A 35 minute job, replacing a condensate pump and testing the system shouldn't cost $886. _________________________________________________________________________ Original review posted 6/15/2026 While the technician was very friendly and I appreciated the email/text with his name and picture...here's where the problem lies...(and not with the technician AT ALL- he did his job, truly) The price they quoted to replace the condensate pump, connect to the existing drain system and test for proper operation- 886. After the friendly tech told me the quote, I did some quick research... For my area, my house layout, ease of accessing the HVAC system....a rough estimate is anywhere from 300-600. I told the service tech I was referred by a friend...any referral discounts? Any yelp discounts? He checked with the office...nope. Nothing. We found condensate pump online and in big box stores for literally 1/8th of their price...and we're going to fix it ourselves. Nothing motivates you more than getting an estimate where you know you're being price gouged. Oh, be prepared to pay $89 for a service call...but they'll waive it if you have them do the work...@@ And there was no mention of a service fee until I told the tech the price was super high. Nothing on their website or when you make an online appointment- which is how I made the appointment. No mention of it in their multiple email confirmations, or text confirmation. And even when Allie called this morning to reschedule from 12-2 to 2-4, there was NO mention of a fee. If I knew there was a fee, I would've cancelled my appointment. Sneaky tactic! Hard pass.

Lastly, and probably most egregiously, I was told that it is wise for me to get a hydro-jetting as "maintenance" on the pipes and that they recommend homes do this every 6 or 7 years at the cost of $3000. Every other plumber I spoke to told me that it is absolutely unnecessary to do this service unless there's a problem with drainage and it's actually needed especially with newer homes. So glad I did my research and didn't agree to what now feels very much like a cash grab / oversell on their part.

There was no coolant so it appeared to have a leak. I was told they "might" be able to repair it or get a new unit for $9k. Neither was affordable at the time, so I have been without central air since then. Thinking I needed a new unit, I contacted two companies for estimates. First company never asked the reason for a new unit but gave me three estimate options. Carl (owner of Mannino) came out to give me an estimate. He immediately looked at the unit and said it wasn't that old and I shouldn't need a new one. He did not have on hand what was need to test for a leak so that was scheduled for another day. David was scheduled to come out on a Friday. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. Very thorough, friendly, and explained things as he went. What did we discover? There was no noticeable leak! David contacted Carl and they determined it was best to leave it through the weekend, return on Monday for another pressure test and see if there was a different result. David arrived Monday as scheduled. Everything appeared to still be holding. If there is a leak, it is SUPER slow. David added the necessary coolant, turned on the unit, tested the temp, let it run, and tested again. All seems to be working fine! They will come back in a few months to check how it's holding Do I recommend this company? 1000% They could have tried to sell me a new unit but instead they were honest and fair.
