I've been coming here regularly since my wife's car was brand new and have left a couple of strong reviews over the past few months because this place usually delivers. That's why I'm still giving 5 stars--this is about consistency and making it right. I came in around 3:15 PM today and it was busy, but the team was moving things efficiently at first. Shortly after, an attendant let me know there were equipment issues and about a 30-minute delay. Totally understandable--things happen. After about 30-35 minutes, they started moving cars again and explained they'd be doing hand washes instead of running through the system. I want to give credit--the team stayed professional, communicated well, and worked hard to keep things going. That said, for a $45 wash, the final result didn't match the usual standard I've experienced here. The photos show it best--wheels still had buildup, interior areas needed more attention, and I didn't receive the Armor All treatment that's typically included. I'm not upset--just being real. I know what this place is capable of, and that's why I keep coming back. Today just didn't hit that mark. If someone from the team could reach out so I can bring the car back in for a proper finish, I'd really appreciate it. Still a loyal customer--just looking to get this one brought up to the level I know you deliver. People! Don't ignore the bad reviews! I did and guess what?! I wasted money on a below mediocre interior cleaning job. I only needed the inside of my car cleaned and they gave me an "off the top of their head" price- $30. I thought ok fine, I have my toddlers with me and didn't feel like driving to a self vacuum place. Well, this is the last time I EVER go there again! I had been there once before but got a more expensive package with steam cleaning on the inside so of course they did a good job because that cleaner was on it and I paid more. The problem is they have some inconsistent lazy workers that barely wipe down your car. So you pay but they don't do their job! It's the luck of the draw if you get someone good that day. I should have known better. The guy taking payment was rude and arrogant, and as I was driving away that's when I noticed so much dust on the dashboard, and many uncleaned areas inside. The only reason I didn't turn around was because I had my toddlers with me! And I'm mad I gave them a tip!! See my pictures- they didn't wipe down anything inside, didn't lift the mats, didn't clean the mats, literally the only thing I felt they did was vacuum....$30 FOR A VACUUM?!?!!!! Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place! Buy a good handheld vacuum and vacuum your car yourself and do your own wipe down, why? I have a lifted white f150 that I "baby" and I'm very particular about the way people wash it. This place did an amazing job my seats were spotless, chrome bumpers were polished windows done inside and out. I have a 1 year old who can make quite a mess in the back seat, thank god I have leather seats! I pull out her car seat so they can really get in there, and the guy vacuumed out her car seat and wiped it down as well. No place has ever done that before. They get the job done & do it well. This is a good place to get a wash when you aren't willing/able to do it yourself, but it's usually got a decent amount of traffic. Get here early when able and during a weekday when possible. You can get your wash for a one time payment or pay monthly if you like to keep your car shinning. The monthly fee for as many washes as you want is worth it when you got once or twice a week. There has never been an issue, outside of waiting for a wash so I'd definitely recommend them. read more

I'm out here on a work trip with my crew and we got our rental Suburban pretty muddy and dirty on location, so I needed to get a quick exterior car wash. My GPS and yelp led me to this place. Seemed like a good place to get a quick clean. It located at Jackson Street and Soto Road. It's kinda semi industrial area. No real detailing needed, it's a rental, just needed clean enough to return and not get hit with an excessive dirty fee. The cost was around $20 bucks and worth it. The truck goes in one end of the wash and comes out the other and gets hand dried by the staff. wish I would've checked my car before driving off so I could've complained in person about all the scratches they left on my car. 2023 Honda civic with ppf and its so disgustingly scratched now. I'm so disappointed in myself for even trusting them. And based on other reviews they'll most likely deflect, gaslight you that it wasn't their "soft brushes" and not take responsibility. I circled the scratches they did in the photos, they'll deny it but I know for a fact, 100% it was their car wash because the little thick scratch below all the big long scratches, was caused by my hydro flask. I see that scratch E V E R Y D A Y. I KNOW my car, and all the other ones weren't there prior to the wash. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. All the niceness and hand drying is not worth the deep scratches. This place I have driven past this car wash for years but never had the chance to try it out until recently. I typically wash and clean out my car on my own but being pregnant and 9 months along this was going to be an exhausting task for me. My husband and I wanted to get our cars cleaned and ready for the baby and car seat installation. I know this car wash is membership based but I looked up the prices on their website and they do offer one time service costs as well. My husband and I both got the express detail which cost $70 before tip. And it includes inside and outside cleaning and washing. I know this place always gets busy so we literally went first thing in the morning as it was opening at 8:00 on the weekend, Sunday. And it was still busy, there was still people driving through. I think the wait time wasn't too bad actually maybe 20-30 minutes at most for our service. I had tipped my two guys to clean my car maybe like 6 or 7 bucks each. The job was pretty good maybe they had missed a tiny section in my cup holder which can be easily missed bc you have to lift to get underneath it but that's about it. The whole point of paying for an unlimited membership is to not have to deal with delays or confusion every time I come through. I came to this car wash to get a wash & vacuum. This place was packed with cars being vacuumed and detailed. The vehicles were lined up bumper to bumper in the drive thru. The employee motioned me to drive in and put the car in netural. When I put the car in netural, the vehicle behind me got right on my back bumper while the conveyor was pulling my vehicle forward. All of sudden my vehicle went backwards hitting the vehicle behind me. I never touched my gear shifts. It was in netural the whole time. The employees who work there is suppose to make sure the vehicles are not close together to avoid collision. The manager or whoever is in charge tried to tell me I put the car in reverse. Why would I put my car in reverse with my daughter in the car. I recorded the video from the TV monitor in the office for my insurance to see and took photos of my vehicle and his vehicle. No damage on his vehicle. The car behind me is suppose to be a 1 - 2 car lengths behind mine. The manager refused to give me the insurance to the company and refused to give me his name. Neither party gave out personal information or insurance. I would be extremely careful when coming here and make sure the car behind you is not riding ya bumper. read more

I strongly dislike going here. This is a place purely out of desperation. Recently brought my wife's new car to get washed. I decided to upgrade to the $50 wash with shine. The tires were shiny, but the rest of the car still had dirty spots. Opened the moon roof later that same day to find that they had left a water bottle on the window and now had a big water circle stain. Soooo pretty to look through. I got home and I just felt like a sucker! They just took $50 from me and shot my car with a hose. I think this was the last straw. However -- if you want to get your car detailed, don't bring it here!! My bro brought his car here for a detail that took less than 30 minutes and not cleaned properly. He paid approx $100 for an unclean car. The center console was not vacuumed and inside looked like no effort was put into cleaning. A very carless job was done. Apparently my brother didn't check the level of cleanliness before driving away and didn't go back to make a deal out of it. This is an ok car wash. This is not 100% hand car wash. Your car goes into a machine and then they wipe it down when you exit out. I like this place cause its quick. I had to stop bringing my other car here though cause when it went through the machine it scratched my rims. Their pricing is decent here. They also offer full car detail. read more

How this supposedly differs from the regular wash or pro wash is that you get "steam cleaning". That's a crock of shit! I thought by paying double all the areas in the car where you see dust or debris would be taken care of. Nope! You're better off paying $40 more dollars for the personalized auto detailing where they come to you with a more professional detail. I usually come here to get a wash and I added the Dash + Door + Console to the Ultimate Wash. I waited for about 20 minutes and when they told me it was ready. I then proceeded to walk around my car and there were still some dirty marks on there i pointed it out and they were nice enough to clean it up i opened my back trunk and on the sides of it it was dirty still and again i asked them to clean it. They cleaned it up again. Its most likely they see cars everyday and its the samething so the probably dont noticed as much as we do. I noticed on my trunk there were some slightly dark marks that u can only see on the side i asked them about it and then i met with the check in Person "M" and he is soooo nice!!! I highly recommend him!! He told me that they said i needed a wax and said he will give me a deal but it was late already so he asked me to come back tomorrow at 10am which i did. Came back this morning at AM and this other person quoted me a higher price then what "M" said. I was like nooo way "M" gave me lower. that was somewhat frustrating i had to reexplain what happened last night and he told me to wait for "M" till 11am! my first car detailing - they saw me coming! I got the $400 detail, which was going to take 2.5 hours. I came back 2 hours later and the car doors are open, but no one is around. I asked an attendant if it was done. "yes" he told me and I drove off. the afternoon sun shines into my car an lit up this film that was all over the windshield and windows. I could barely see, so put on the 4- way blinkers and pulled to the side of the road. I had to take off my shirt and wipe the windshield to where I could limp back to the car wash and have them clean it off. Really annoyed and out of $400. It took a while for the wait and looking after it was done I did not mind at all they did a phenomenal job. Some car wash I've been to it's usually fairly quick and the job is not in par. Decent spot for full service wash. The basic package is usually what I come for. It takes about 20 minutes in total. They used to drive your car through the exterior wash for you, but I had to drive thru myself during my most recent visit. They do a decently good job, but definitely inspect and ask them to further clean the interior if needed. I've left and noticed dirty spots on the interior before. The turn into Hayward Car Wash is small and sharp, so make sure not to miss it otherwise you'll drive right past it! They do take both card and cash which is a large plus. Wish they opened later on weekdays (close at 6pm currently) but we can't have it all! read more
