That's why I'm still giving 5 stars--this is about consistency and making it right. I came in around 3:15 PM today and it was busy, but the team was moving things efficiently at first. Shortly after, an attendant let me know there were equipment issues and about a 30-minute delay. Totally understandable--things happen. After about 30-35 minutes, they started moving cars again and explained they'd be doing hand washes instead of running through the system. I want to give credit--the team stayed professional, communicated well, and worked hard to keep things going. That said, for a $45 wash, the final result didn't match the usual standard I've experienced here. The photos show it best--wheels still had buildup, interior areas needed more attention, and I didn't receive the Armor All treatment that's typically included. I'm not upset--just being real. I know what this place is capable of, and that's why I keep coming back. Today just didn't hit that mark. If someone from the team could reach out so I can bring the car back in for a proper finish, I'd really appreciate it. I only needed the inside of my car cleaned and they gave me an "off the top of their head" price- $30. I thought ok fine, I have my toddlers with me and didn't feel like driving to a self vacuum place. Well, this is the last time I EVER go there again! I had been there once before but got a more expensive package with steam cleaning on the inside so of course they did a good job because that cleaner was on it and I paid more. The problem is they have some inconsistent lazy workers that barely wipe down your car. So you pay but they don't do their job! It's the luck of the draw if you get someone good that day. I should have known better. The guy taking payment was rude and arrogant, and as I was driving away that's when I noticed so much dust on the dashboard, and many uncleaned areas inside. The only reason I didn't turn around was because I had my toddlers with me! And I'm mad I gave them a tip!! See my pictures- they didn't wipe down anything inside, didn't lift the mats, didn't clean the mats, literally the only thing I felt they did was vacuum....$30 FOR A VACUUM?!?!!!! Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place! Buy a good handheld vacuum and vacuum your car yourself and do your own wipe down, why? Because you'll end up doing it anyways after you leave this bad place! BAD QUALITY, BAD SERVICE, RIPOFF PLACE!! How it stays in business with these horrible reviews, I have no clue! Maybe it's people that enjoy throwing money away as apparently I did today! Fool me once...and that's it! Not going back!!

I paid double at the other spots and it was not as clean as this place. When you arrive, be careful though, you might miss this spot since it's located behind a gas station with small sign. Once you get there, you pick your package. I believe no.1 is $29.99 and no.2 is $39.99 ( including waxing and floor mats cleaning and etc) $10 extra charge for SUVs. Then you take the paper and pay inside. There are chairs to sit in that area and you can see they wash your car. Take about 15-20 mins if they are not busy. This isn't the location I usually go to, but the only gripe I had here was the setup. When you pull in, it wasn't very clear where to go at first. The layout was different from any of the Quick Quacks I've been to before. The line to start a wash was in the middle, the car wash itself was to the left, and the area to vacuum and dry your car was on the right. One thing I did like was that inside the wash there's only one track your car needs to attach to instead of two, which made it easier and less nerve wrecking to actually get on the track. I was about to vacuum my car and the guy comes over and says "let me clean that nozzle for you first" ....how nice! Sometimes, its the littlest things... :) $5 for an 8 minute rinse, high pressured soap, brush, rinse and wax. The machine does beep when there is 1 minute left so you might want to keep that in mind. And if you run out of time, you could always add more money...but add it while you still have some time left. $1 for about 3 minutes of vacuuming...i was only able to vacuum the front on a $1 so put in $2 for front and back seats.
