It is with great regret that I write this review for Daytona Motorsports since I've heard nothing…read morebut great things about them. Now keep in mind I haven never been to their location but visited their booth at the Vancouver Motorcycle Show and this was my experience dealing with them... There was a lady working at their booth that was completely rude to me at the show. She completely interrupted one person working there that was in the middle of helping me just cuz she thinks what she has to say is more important, and it wasn't! It's something that could've waited. I brushed it off at that point. I later saw a icon body armour behind the counter and she happened to be there. So I politely asked her how much that armour was, she told me the price as she was staring at a different customer. I was interested in purchasing it but clearly she had no interest in helping me. I can understand that it's was extremely busy. But she had just finished helping someone and she happened to be free. I specifically went there just to visit their booth cuz I heard great things about Daytona Motorsports. But I don't see it. Now I've posted this review on their Facebook page and it was deleted because I assume they did not want bad publicity. I get that. But I did not feel like a valued customer. Although the gentleman that did help me at first was awesome.

Great bikes, fair prices, reasonable customer service…read more Good repair/service department that I'll keep using. Devon the financing guy is great, and will work hard to get you riding. Great financing setup here. The sales staff wasn't quite as impressive for an easy sale like me. James commented I just need my Starbucks cup now that I'm sitting on my Bonneville, ok I'm no yuppie. Tried to ride away but had to wait 15 minutes until someone found some license plate bolts for me. Then I said ok let's fill the tank up because it's on empty, and the guys disappeared into the walls and I could not track them down, 20 minutes later I ended up just leaving empty and first stop was the gas station. I'd say give the customer a high five on the way out don't just look for the next sale on the floor. The downtown shop is awesome, John is on it always.

Would not recommend this dealership based on my experience…read more I placed a deposit on a motorbike after being told it was already in stock. The day before pickup, I was suddenly informed the bike was actually coming from Quebec. What followed was 5-6 weeks of terrible communication and zero accountability. I had to repeatedly chase updates myself, while most responses came from an automated bot or vague messages saying the bike was "coming soon" with no actual delivery date. No one proactively contacted me during the entire process. When the bike finally arrived, the staff showed little concern for the inconvenience caused. I was also charged more for a part than the price displayed on the tag. For a business selling expensive vehicles, the level of organization and customer service was honestly unacceptable. I contacted the dealership directly to resolve these concerns before posting publicly and received no response.

We brought our bikes to Denco Cycle, 5834 176 St, Surrey, BC V3S 4E2 in June 2025 for a 9am…read moreappointment, to have new easy pull clutch and peg bars mounted on both bikes. My bike was on the bench 10am, off at 10:30. My husbands bike on at 10:30, off at 11:04am Each bike took 30 minutes to complete as we watched/timed the work being done by Cory. Justin charged 1.5 hrs PER bike. My husband argued and stated that we watched and timed the bikes to 30 min each. Cory came out and started yelling at my husband and disrespecting him. My husband who is calm cool and collected paid the two invoices of $266.01, as he thought that he will take this through different channels. After my call with Justin and him trying to scare me off by stating he has video surveillance, I told him to provide me the time stamped video surveillance of the shop work, up to today I have not received the video proof. He stated, this is stupid and this is why we don't let clients stay and wait for their bikes. (Our comment was...yes, so your unsuspecting customers can be ripped off without their knowledge) Justin then stated to me, if you don't have pictures of the bikes on the table, you have no proof. We have now put a complaint into BBB (Better Business Bureau) We are asking for one invoice of $266.01 to be reimbursed. We as customers were treated so unprofessionally and this business is ripping off customers. They practice shady business practices and conduct. This is not about the money, it's about the principle and how we were treated and outright lied to by this business. They are NOT BBB accredited and they at this time have not responded to aligations or provided said video surveillance to BBB on the timed and dated work done on our bikes. This tells everyone everything there is to know about this company. This is our horrible personal experience and review with Denco Cycle and its owners, in Surrey.

I have used this shop three times on my old girlfriend's 1991 Yamaha Radian. I first found them…read moreafter Daytona said they prefer NOT to work on older bikes, not even their own (what the hell??). The Radian was rough starting and idling badly and had not been winterized properly (she was really slack at maintenance before I took over). They cleaned , rejetted and adjusted the carbs and it ran like a dream afterwards. We also had chain and sprockets replaced there and she said it rode so smoothly it felt like a new bike. And lastly for her birthday I sprung for some new tires and while the wheels were off the re-did the fork seals. All the work has been top notch and fairly priced and they really seem great with older bikes. We also had difficult schedules to get in there and they were totally accommodating. We dropped the bike off after we were both off after work at midnight and put the key through their mail slot. When the work was done we paid by credit card over the phone, they put the key under the seat and we picked it up after hours with her spare key. They were also cool with installing the tires even though we had bought them on sale from Fortnine.ca. I will be going back to them with my 2015 Yamaha FJ-09 for tires shortly and likely new chain and sprockets too. I only wish they were a little off the beaten path, as I will have a bit of a transit trek after I drop off my bike, but if you have someone to give you a ride home and back that's a non-issue.

I was going to buy a bike of a particular manufacturer..... let's call the A.... but by having other manufacturers onsite, I realized I could get a better bike of manufacture B. I wouldn't have known the shortcomings unless I came to Holeshot. Like the logo of all car/motorcycle dealers in Langley " cone to Langley, it's worth the drive". No pressure sales, in hindsight their stock sells so they don't need to pressure anyone to buy. Downstairs Robert in parts helped me pick of a luggage rack set. He was very helpful but knowledgeable too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to these guys. There are like the SUPERSTORE of motorcycles in G.V.R.D

My husband arranged for a ride out there to pick up the bike but it wasn't ready when they said it would be so he had to scramble to get a ride home again. Total waste of time! I asked about getting a spare key ordered for my bike and they said it wasn't possible but they would order the blank needed. That cost $16 and didn't even cover the cutting cost. No mention that I could get the key blank anywhere else because they just wanted to gouge me on the price. The locksmith I used to cut the key said they only charge $5 per blank. I will NEVER spend another dime at Holeshot and recommend that anyone reading this stay away as well. There are plenty of other bike shops who will treat you a lot better.
