Three decades is a long time. Where did all those years go? Back then it was Timmy at the front desk, then he went on to other things in the company and Marc was there one day. Great guys both of them. New crew now, but I think I saw Marc today - but he didn't recognize me, it's been a few years. But even as an unknown face I get the best service and treatment possible. Usually shoot the breeze about cars for a few minutes as well - they aren't in a hurry to get you out of there - they just want to get the best for those who walk through the doors. After 30 years and six or seven cars I have come to them time and time again. Sometimes for a patch, sometimes to get a set of rubber. Every single time they are great and I'm pretty safety conscious when it comes to the rubber hitting the road. They've patched no end of screw/nail/whatever holes with the intent of getting you going, not the intent of getting your money. Case in point, I got a nail in the tread at the edge of a tire. Not that many kms on the treads and I didn't think that I could make it to B&B so I pulled into big K. They looked at the tire, said that it was impossible to patch as the nail had "likely" gouged the sidewall. But replacing 1 tire was bad practice so I would need all 4 done even though the kms were less than 100,000 on them. This was a late model Volvo SUV so the tires were not cheap and they "likely" saw my wallet and me coming. Well they also saw me going as I gently drove out and over to B&B. The team there pulled the rubber and actually took a look, seeing that the nail had entered at an angle away from the sidewall and a tread patch was all that I needed, so that's what they did. Go to these guys. They are honest, good natured, and do a great job. I really don't know how you could want anything more in any business let alone the ones that keep you safe on the road. read more

This company has been in business for many, many years. I have been taking all my vehicles here; Both past and present for any service needs. All of the staff and mechanics have always been thorough and helpful. In fact, a number of times I stopped by to inquire about getting smaller things seen to (ie. burned out lights) and they were quickly fixed for free! Amazing! Their prices relative to the work scope, would be pretty much on par. In fact, on my last oil, change and tire rotation; a new pair of wiper blades were given & installed for free! Let's see , got a quote for 4 new Radial T/A's over Email , phoned and made an appointment. Pulled in , they waved me into the bay right away, parked next to my new tires they had to order in . Had jacks under the car before I got out . Great 45 minutes talking old school cars and 1980's tire shops to the guys inside, they gave me tips on keeping the white lettering clean. Put in longer valve stems I asked for - no charge ! - and was on the road . Amazing old-school service , something that is getting harder to find . August 10, 2020 - while out visiting in Langley we noticed that one of our tires was badly chewed up. We felt unsure about driving home to Vancouver and pulled into this Tireland. We had the best service. They told us not to drive anywhere in that tire and put our spare tire on for free. It was the best customer service that we can recall ever receiving. Today I flattened my tire and took my car to see if they could fix it. It was a very snowy day so I was expecting to have to leave my car there and it might get the tire changed within a couple of days. However, they took my car in right away, put my spare on the back and put my back tire on the front (front wheel drive). This took at least 30 min of their time. The cost? Free. The service excellent. Highly recommend these folks. read more

These guys are great! I had a fast leak in my drivers side rear tire and and had already been turned away at two other shops in the area. They were able to get me in on the spot and effect repairs immediately. I had a perusal of their brands while waiting- they have a good selection and knowledgable friendly staff. Great service on a small $20 job like tire repair shows they care about customer satisfaction. I will be back when here when I am ready for new tires too. Thanks guys! read more

The staff here are so nice and will take care of your car. They are my go to place for getting nails etc out of my tires. Anytime I stop by without an appointment they are happy to help. If you have a nail in the tire I would stop here if I were you. Great service all around. read more

We were recommened by an auto appraiser to take our collector truck here for a fuel filter leak. He had stated that they hv good mechanics that know old trucks. He told us to ask for Paul. This oversized, overly aggressive, over bearing man with no customer service skills blatantly stated that they do not use parts that customers bring in because if it is wrong its going to cost me 85.00 / hr for them to fix it!! Firstly I only brought the box in with me because I had written his info on it!! All I wanted was an appointment I did not need to be subjected to his rudeness. Not Great Service!!! I stopped by the BB Tireland on 200th Street June 24/2017 about 5 minutes before closing. Had a screw in one of the truck tires. I had bought the tires from BB Tireland (Michelin LT tires so I recall they were not cheap). I did tell the clerk i had bought the tires a couple years earlier from them. Clerk just stated they were closing in 5 minutes and couldn't help me out. I appreciate it was 5 minutes before closing but perhaps they could have at least let me know when I could have come back, or looked at the tire, or just a wild and crazy thought, maybe stayed a bit late and helped out a customer. Went to Kal Tire on the bypass who took the tire off, checked it out and fixed it and handed me my keys and said 'last customer of the day and it was only a little screw. No charge.' Not too sure how others would see it but one of the two companies will be getting my business for my new tires this summer. I will leave it to you to guess who. read more
