Then it was suggested that one of my employees may have removed it, which also made no sense given the situation. Finally, I was told I should have noticed the issue sooner. At no point was there an apology. There was no offer to clean the engine, top up the oil, or help source a replacement cap. I ended up leaving and sourcing the part myself after visiting multiple stores. The cap cost about $10, but the issue was never about the cost--it was about accountability and customer service. Alan goes the extra mile for every customer with a well trained crew. He is on a first name basis with many of his returning customers and always greets you with a smile.
