Really quick on communications and responses, showed up early, and at a much better value than others in the area. They showed up fully equipped and asked a few questions and got to work immediately. The house is sparkling clean in a way that I haven't seen in a long time. There were sections and piles of clothes I was tearing my hair out over that they went and took care of without my needing to ask! I can't tell you how much I appreciate them and how happy I am with their work. Extremely respectful to anything and everything they touched, everything is shining squeaky clean and smells fantastic, and best part? My cat loves them. Animals know something we humans don't and my cat was a happy camper. I cannot recommend this team and company enough. I almost don't want to write a review so I can keep them exclusive, but they're so great I have to share. Book them! You won't regret it! Also, I sent requests and inquiries through Yelp's project function. Other people were either more expensive, or flakey. I literally had another company (very well reviewed too) tell me they had booked me for Monday morning at 9am, just for them to forget about me. It's really disappointing that I feel the need to write this. I had high hopes due to their amazing reviews, but I really should've listened to the one bad review they have since my experience is similar. I called on a Friday to inquire about cleaning services then confirmed over text a Monday at 3pm appointment. She texts me Monday morning saying that her other client before me requested additional services, so she asked if I wanted her to come at 10am the next day. I was already annoyed because I took Monday off work to clean and organize. I replied asking if she could come after her first appointment. No reply. I followed up 2.5 hours later. She replied she was busy. I sent a follow up text almost four hours later. She said she could come around 1pm on Tuesday (next day). At 11:30am on Tuesday, I text to confirm. She says she's at a meeting at her son's school, but yes. At 1:37pm, I ask if she's coming soon. She says she's waiting on her son's teacher for the meeting. I say I understand, but it would be great if she could keep me updated with timing. She did not reply. I check in at 3:40pm. No response again. I call at 4:01pm. She does not pick up. I end up cancelling the appointment even though I doubt she was ever planning to come. Unless there's an explanation, it seems like she lied. She said she was at the meeting at 11:30am then says she's waiting for the meeting with the teacher at 1:54pm. As you can see in the texts I uploaded, she fails to communicate and update me in a timely manner.. or at all really. This experience was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would've happily paid more to another company from the start to guarantee the service I requested. EDIT: Maricela's daughter and husband called to make things right, which I appreciate, but I decided to book another house cleaner. Also, 6 reviews were posted after I posted my review lol. Within the past 3 hours. Clearly they're faking reviews because some of the posters have only ever posted once. They're trying to drown my review. And as to Maricela's response, you should've communicated to me that you weren't able to come, which you did not today. Proof in the screenshots. Maricela, Sergio and Karen gave a reasonable and competitive quote for moving out deep cleaning when I first requested on Yelp. They came the next day to have an in person assessment and honored the price. They came back punctually on the service scheduled day. Midway through the cleaning I did a walkthrough and requested some spots to pay more attentions on. Sergio would promptly follow up on those spot. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Maricela and probably her team (I say probably because I can't tell who I was actually communicating with over text). We were looking for a weekly cleaner for our office. At first, they (Maricela, Sergio, and Karen) were very responsive to my quote request and came by promptly to take a look at the space and give a quote. We set up the weekly cleaning to begin that very Friday. Here's where the weirdness starts. Friday morning, she texts that her car needs repair so she needs to reschedule. Understandable. She states that she can come on Monday instead, so we agree. Monday rolls around, she doesn't show up at the agreed upon time, so I text her. She replies that she is just finishing up with another client, but she is 40 minutes away. I think that's a lie, because once she realizes she was not going to make it to our appointment on time, she should have let me know. I ask if there's another day that week that she can come, but there's no reply for an entire day. I text again the following day, again no reply. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I tried messaging through Yelp messenger. She (or someone managing her account) replies and says she lost her phone, and to text at a different number. So I text the new number. Again, no reply. I send one last message on Yelp letting her know that if she can't clean our office this week then we will hire someone else. She replies that she can be here the next day at 2:00. But guess what? You guessed it, she doesn't show up again, with zero communication. We ended up hiring a slightly more expensive, but infinitely more professional cleaning service and have zero regrets. What a complete waste of time. P.S. Beware of all the fake reviews.
