I have been going here for 4 years now with family friends and as they have been getting older they have stopped going to the dry cleaner. So they suggested to me to go there. After I walked in the door there was an older man who was work at the front. He then told me that they where to busy for any work and refused to clean any of my clothing. read more

They charge me twice for my coat, and once when I drop it off and when I pick it up. This company will scam you of your mone!!!

I returned 10 Tommy Bahama shirts after I noticed a discoloration that I could only describe as a burn look all in the left armpit area. I hadn't previously noticed this until I went on a trip and the 3 Bahama shirts I packed all had the same damage. I figured some press got too hot or something. When I returned home I inspected the rest of my shirts and found 7 more. Also 2 of the shirts had rips that they had repaired with a tape in the same area without telling me & the tape was loose. The female owner told me that she would try to fix the shirts but wasn't confident she could. She asked me for 2 weeks and said she wouldn't change me for the attempt to fix these. When I returned her husband gets my shirts off the rack and says my cost is $147! I explain my conversation with his wife so I had to return later when she was back at work. I returned and she was guns-a-blazing screaming at me telling me she doesn't work for free. She finally admits she told me it would be no charge but she changed her mind because she determined it wasn't her fault. Although she never called to inform me I would be charged and was raging & beyond rude not letting me speak. The repair work she did to the two ripped shirts was amateur at best (see pictures). She finally ripped the tag off my shirts, gave them to me & screamed at me to never come back (as if). What a rude woman who didn't honor her word, didn't communicate & does horrible work! read more

My family has been going here for over 20 years now and I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Julia is so kind and sweet. Not only is their work quality and top notch but so is the customer service. Julia takes the time to get to know her customers and remember the details and her husband is incredibly hard working. I took a wool coat that I had stored for a couple of months to be dry cleaned and delinted because somehow it had gotten linty while stored. The woman that took care of me complained quite a bit about how much work it would be, and how long she'd have to work on it. I didn't think it was so bad but didn't do it myself because I was having it dry cleaned anyway so why not have everything done. She charged me $25.00. I was OK with that because I wanted her to get what she thought was fair for "all her work". I am giving them 5 stars because although I didn't appreciate her whining, she did an exceptional job which is what I took the coat there for. read more

I have been a devoted customer for years and have always had good service that's ready on time. The only minor issue I've ever had there is with some Italian shirts my husband owns that have a collar that requires a non-traditional pressing. They tend to want to press the collars into a collar you would wear with a tie although these particular shirts are meant to be worn without a tie. Have had a few conversations with them to get the collars right. But overall, they do a great job. The owners, Julia and her husband work tirelessly and always greet their customers with a smile and by name. They've also done rush jobs for me when I realized something I HAD to wear Saturday night wasn't clean. Plus, they're on my way home from work, so unless they quit the dry cleaning business, I will continue to support their business! read more

I went in to have 5 shirts altered to make slim fitted. It seemed like a worthwhile plan after finding shirts that I liked that were not sized right. After the first visit they gave me shirts that were fitted on top and baggy at the bottom. I returned and they offered to correct it. Excellent: only, they gave me shirts that were tightened further at the top and way too tight at the bottom. They ruined 5 new shirts. No apology, no refund. read more

Love this little shop! Julia is super nice! They do a beautiful job on pants, I can tell you that. Five stars for quick, friendly and on time service. I hear they do alterations too....will try that next and let you know. Definitely will be making this my "home" cleaners, love em! read more

We have been coming to Hazel Cleaners bi-weekly for almost 15 years. In all that time, we have always received excellent service both in the actual dry cleaning, as well as in Julia's warm greeting. I must admit to being baffled by any complaint in regards to customer service. I think sometimes certain people enjoy sharing negativity, while many of us take our highly positive experiences for granted. Julia and her husband run a strong small business. I ended up here after not realizing my regular alteration shop had moved. The lady behind the counter was not very pleasant to deal with as I was explaining what I needed. When I went to pick it up 5 days later (her completion date) I found out she did not listen to what I wanted, and that they outsource their alterations! Sending the alterations to another shop makes the repair time take longer. I tried to work with them to come up with a fair solution and she complained as well as attempted to blame me. In the end the sewing was not professional quality. I really wish I would have taken the time to read the reviews. read more

Awful service. I've taken my feather down comforter here before so didn't think it would be a problem. I tried taking it in a few days ago and was told they wouldn't clean it. I told them they've done it before but she said that they would have to send it out. I said ok how much would that be. She said I don't know but it's very expensive. I said ok well I'd like to find out. She said she would find out and get back to me. So I left it there. I then received a call 10 min later saying they can't hold onto it because it was dirty. No s#@t that's why I brought it there. To have it cleaned. These people don't know what they're doing and didn't seem to want my business. I took my business down the street. read more

Just left Hazel Cleaners after being yelled at outside their store by what was assumed the owner. Completely irrational and unfriendly due to me parking in front of their store amidst 4 open spots next to me and told to "never come again". Surprised that people like this stay in business after treating people so terribly. I would suggest finding a friendly cleaners, you'll have a much better experience. read more

She has been very honest and upfront anytime I have taken anything in to them that they don't do. They are what I call a Mom and Pop Shop and all work is done on the premises.
