My wife even had her wedding dress preserved here after we got married. The reality is most dry cleaners offer pretty similar services, so what really separates them is customer service and how they handle problems. I had an important interview coming up, so I dropped off my suit and shirt early like I always do....just in case something went wrong. This time, something did. When I went to pick everything up, my shirt was missing. I'm sure Kelly saw the look on my face while I was mentally trying to figure out how I was going to replace it before the interview. Before I even had to push the issue, she stepped up and made it right. She paid for a replacement shirt and comped the suit dry cleaning. About a week later, they found my original shirt attached to someone else's order, and I picked it up yesterday. Mistakes happen anywhere. What matters is how a business responds when they do. Kelly and the team handled it the right way, and that's why I'll keep coming back.

My husband's suit came back with 5 noticeably damaged buttons on the vest, and the sport coat was also pressed incorrectly so the lapel doesn't lay flat. I asked for a supervisor to call me, but no one did. I had to call back. Kelley offered to replace the buttons with something similar. (The suit was custom tailored at Nordstrom's; so random replacements would never suffice). I expressed concerns about my wedding dress being there for spot cleaning, due to the lack of care and quality check we experienced with the suit. She said that when the suit was cleaned last week, she was gone, and the owner was responsible for cleaning the suit. She literally blamed the damage on the owner Cindy. She also said that there was no guarantee on my dress not being ruined, asked me to come pick it up while raising her voice at me and being short of breath! I politely pointed out that there was no reason to raise her voice at me, and she hung up. I had her on speaker phone with my husband present and we couldn't believe her tone and lack of professionalism. I prepaid $325 for my dress to be cleaned, and the employee who took my order in did not mention that there was any risks or lack of guarantee on hand spot cleaning my dress. UPDATE: the owner, Cindy, reached out to me and said that she doesn't remember the vest buttons being damaged upon cleaning but she did mention that the buttons are made of shell. So, she was deflecting all responsibility here. I was not even offered a full refund, she just wanted me "to come pick up the dress". I had to ask for a full refund! It's been a couple of days and there is no pending refund on my credit card. This company is also false advertising, as they claim to specialize in wedding dresses and that each dress comes with a consultation for best cleaning options.

This was full-on negligence. When I returned to resolve the issue, the employee gave me the runaround for nearly a month. Not a single repair was made. They refused to provide a manager's name, phone number, or company policies when asked - basic things any legitimate business would offer. Calls were ignored or abruptly disconnected. After multiple visits and wasted time, including coming early after a night shift to meet a manager who never showed - I was forced to retrieve my coats, still destroyed.
