I rarely use dry cleaning services but I had a linen shirt that was washable but came out really wrinkled. I brought it to John and it looked like new. Since then I have brought several pieces, including a big fake fur blanket and everything has come out terrific. Their service is amazing. John even carries everything out to my car. I have a comforter that I haven't been using for years because it said "Dry Clean ONLY" on it. I took it to Hazel Dell Cleaners (primarily because they were close and I knew my husband's work had used them before) and had the best experience. Not only was the gentleman behind the counter extremely kind, but he told me exactly how I could wash the comforter and save myself $30. SERIOUSLY??? That was $30 he could have made, but he chose instead to leave me with such a good impression that I absolutely won't hesitate to recommend their service to others, and I know where I am going should I need anything cleaned again. I took in 3 colored cotton shirts. I got them home and all of them look pressed but not clean. The underarm deodorant stains still are there. I'll have to scrub them clean myself with detergent or vinegar. How hard would it be for $2 to get it out for me? read more

He's setting the the bar very high not only for Vancouver, but the entire Portland metro area in which I've lived for 30+ years. His service and value is untouchable. I'm sorry I don't know the the guy's name that helps me every time, but he's super friendly and quick.
